I had a great experience with Open House Worthing! From our very first contact, Susi was so helpful and understanding of my situation - I had been struggling for months to find a place that would accept pets! She was on board straight away and determined to help me and my little dog find our forever home! It was great to finally talk to someone who was understanding and saw the bigger picture - an outstanding example of remarkable customer service that went miles beyond that of a standard letting agent. A breath of fresh air! The viewing process went smoothly, the communication was always quick, kind and within less than a few hours.. we had secured our flat :) Open House Worthing was always ready to answer all my questions and the support of Susi, Sandra and Luke was amazing throughout the whole renting experience. Their referencing system is easy and hassle free, too! I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking to rent - their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help is unmatched! Stayed in a houseshare for 8 months and they were very good from start to finish. Always prompt and although you can see they are extremely busy they deliver a first class service for what you're paying for. I would recommend reaching out to Susi if possible. Fantastic service provided by Open House! Luke and Susi swiftly sold our property for us in October/November 2020. in the past I've had a few unprofessional landlords, however with this company they were professional and welcoming. Every query I had they answered almost instantly.
