Thank you to Dan and the team for making our move happen. Robert Luff were the second agent we put our flat on with after months of viewings with no offers. Within a week of changing we accepted an offer! The photos were great and the walk-through I think was a really great option that ensured we only had serious buyers through the door. The sale wasn't straight forward (I'm sure none are) but Dan pulled things together to ensure that all parties got the right information and moved forward. We're really grateful to the team for making things happen. Would recommend.

I chose Sawyers to sell my leasehold flat recently and am very glad that I did. A buyer was found quickly at the full asking price. For various reasons to do with the lease the sale turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated and Dan and his team were really excellent in helping me through the whole process. Dan liaised with me, my solicitor, the purchaser's solicitor and the managing agents and kept me fully informed the whole time. He was always available by phone if I had any questions. I highly recommend Sawyers and will definitely return to them when I sell the next property in my portfolio.

Very impressed with the team at Sawyers, Tarring Road (now Robert Luff). I felt that they were good salespeople, without being pushy or fake, and I liked their approach to selling my flat. It turned out to be a long, drawn out process, through no fault of Robert Luff, but they kept both me and my solicitors updated throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them for selling, and I'd be happy to see their sign outside a house I wanted to buy.

Sawyers were recommended to me. Although a small company, can't fault their extensive knowledge and the hard work they put in to getting my flat sold quickly, achieving over the asking price. Dan and Ricky were very helpful throughout (more so than the solicitor!). Would not hesitate to use again in the future!

From the outset I knew I had chosen the right agent for me and my property. Dan had a real feel for the house and could understand why I had loved living here in fact he went so far as to say that he loved it too! This reaction was far more personal than that of the other agents I had had for valuation purposes. The professional photographs and details of my house drew lots of viewings 23 in all and his attention to detail and marketing was second to none. Eventually we had an offer on the house. When I experienced a real low while looking for a property to buy he was very sympathetic and understanding, assuring me that he would endeavour to take any pressure off me. Following the offer his negotiating skills really came into play, it was a tense couple of weeks but Dan's patients and assurances managed to keep me relatively calm. Eventually an agreement was reached and the exchange went through. I move on 17th October. As well as Dan I ought to mention Ricky who stepped in to advise me on the few occasions that Dan was either on leave or out of the office. He was always upbeat and positive. All in all I cannot recommend Sawyers highly enough in fact I have been recommending them to a couple of friends whose property seems to be stuck at the moment. Watch this space!!!
