Not sure why this company has 1 star reviews. My property had a small leak. Safehouse arranged for someone to come out on the same day and made a minor repair as they need permission to make a full repair from my estate agent. I do want to say thank you to Stuart who reassured me that someone would attend on the same day, he even called me back when he said he would, he sent many emails and it was easy to communicate with him and SafeHouse. Would also like to say thank you to Toby and the engineer who came round.
