Kani is the person to do your survey he is professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. The surveys are accurate and good value for money. He is efficient and reliable. If you are looking for a quality survey Southern surveyors will provide you with a decent service. I have used Southern Surveyors a few times and would do again.

I would highly recommend! Kani was recommended to us from a friend, and has done surveys on two properties for us (the first one fell through), both of which were extremely detailed and thorough. What was really great was his time on the phone to talk through the report. He spoke in detail about each concern we had, helping us understand the issues with the house better, the urgency of each item, possible resolutions, actions to take. His really practical and detailed guidance has set us up exceptionally well to move forward with our house and to also understand maintenance areas moving forward. Excellent service. We were in a rush to get everything completed quickly and Southern Surveyors provided us with a very reasonable quote for a homebuyers survey and talked us through its involvement. Kani was able to carry out the survey and provide us with a detailed report rapidly. He talked us through the issues found and explained what we needed to do to make them right, and what could be taken back to the vendors to negotiate on. The service was fast, polite and professional and we would recommend to anyone requiring a surveyor.

Kani has helped me with three surveys now (I kept having issues with properties falling through during the pandemic, and he very kindly offered discount on the latter two surveys, even though his original quote was the most affordable I received from a few companies)! We have had two surveys performed by Kani very recently as the first property fell through based on issues with the roof which Kani identified but for which the vendor would not put right or reflect this in a lowered asking price. After pulling out of this one we found another property and had no hesitation in going back to Kani who carried out this and the previous survey with the utmost of professionalism and providing a very comprehensive report.
