We cannot fault the flawless experience we have had from Belvoir. We noticed our neighbour sold her home with Belvoir after only being on the market for the week. They gave me the contact details for Vaughan, who was more than accommodating with coming over to discuss our needs and view the property at a time that suited us. You can tell he and the team care about each property they are entrusted to sell with the level of details with the photos taken and descriptions. We were keen to be on the market as soon as possible and Vaughan made sure the listing was ready and live within a few days for us. As soon as our home was on the market, we were inundated with appointments and interest, which was amazing and shows the powerful market presence Belvoir has. We received feedback from the team after each day of appointments. I have dealt with Vaughan, Felicity and Aimee, who have all been professional, friendly and prompt whenever I have been in touch with the office. Many thanks to all the Belvoir Team!

I am a doctor recently relocated from India. I faced really hard time in my life to rent a property in Wrexham through a highly competitive and unpromising market. At last I got a property through Belvoir a month back. Services from Belvoir are highly professional and reliable evident from cleaning and fixing safety issues of the property. I was surprised of a very comprehensive report about the property given by Belvoir before I had occupied. The report included pictures of almost every square of property with appropriate description. Even though Belvoir did not charge any additional fee from me, Their services are in favour of protecting interests of both tenant and Owner. One other side of Coin handing over property took a along time, I guess because of COVID restrictions, Multiple professional checks and comparison from my home country. I have been working with Vaughan and his team for over 5 years now and have not needed to consider a different lettings agent during that time. Communication is very good. The vetting of tenants is very thorough; during those 5 years I have experienced one disappointing tenant that look liberties during their rental. Belvoir managed the whole process and in fact managed the process quite personally on my behalf, which meant I didn't have to manage any paperwork. The Wrexham franchise is a great illustration for the Belvoir brand and should be considered a benchmark for other letting agents.
