I had brilliant service from the team in the Wrexham branch. Alice, who came out and valued my property was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. Nathan, who had already shown me around countless properties beforehand, was a true superstar! He always had time to reply to my questions and offered support when I needed it and did it all with a smile. And last but by no means least,, Liz, who manages everything. She went over and above with helping me fill out the countless forms and making sense of the legal stuff I know nothing about. The atmosphere in the branch is always welcoming and cheerful. If I was ever in a buying or selling situation again I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them. Highly recommended.

The service we have had so far from Beresford Adams in Wrexham has been first rate, particularly from our agent, Alice Lofts, and the branch manager, Liz Miller-Eccleston. Alice efficiently and accurately valued our house, and, with the aid of extremely professional photography from Peter, quickly put together attractive sales particulars. The house was put on the market at the earliest opportunity and our first request for viewing came within the hour. Alice has kept us informed of every development and even contacted the estate agent of the property we wish to buy to keep them informed of progress. Liz has also taken a personal interest and both Alice and Liz have offered sound advice. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cannot fault Beresford Adams Wrexham team at all. I have all of my rental portfolio with them and have used their services numerous times. Highly recommend Beresford Adams. My property was empty for over 3 months when I changed estate agents to Beresford Adams, they had a tenant in within a month. The service is very professional, they have kept me up to date at all times during the initial search and since the tenant has been in the property. We decided to downsize and sell our house, we put it on the market with another estate agent in Wrexham initially but had no viewings, the staff at this estate agency were very good it must be said but we had put a deposit on an apartment and needed to sell quickly. We were panicking and after discussion used another two estate agent, one being from Chester who was recommended to us and the other being Beresford Adams (Wrexham). Over the next year we only had two (2) viewings from both the other estate agents and sixteen from Beresford Adams Wrexham, needless to say they were the estate agent to sell the house, if you do not get viewing you will not sell, its that simple. The staff worked beyond our expectation with constant communication and increasing their advertising through their postal service to interested parties. This is where we found our initial couple who wanted to buy the property, unfortunately they were let down on the sale of their property twice, they are broken hearted with brexit being named as the main reason. Beresford Adams staff found the present buyers by persuading them to visit our house even though they did not pick it out in the office. This was purely because they took the time to ensure at least two staff members visited our property to ensure they knew what they were selling, this was the main reason for success together with their teamwork. If you want hard working staff, teamwork and a sale, don't go elsewhere before checking them out, we could not speak more highly of them all.
