We used Monopoly Buy Sell Rent earlier this year to sell one of our properties in Wrexham. The photographs and details looked superb and attracted a good offer within days. The valuation was 100% realistic and we were happy to accept an offer which was fairly close to the asking price. We used Monopoly to sell our house after two 'traditional' estate agents failed to get the job done. The Photographs they did were better than the previous ones we had paid extra for and Monopoly even helped with advice on buying a house that wasn't even advertised with them. Obviously I haven't had experience with every estate agent in the area but I cant see why anyone would use anyone else after the service we have had as well as the value for money. The people who bought our house even mentioned how impressed they were with the professional and pleasant way Monopoly arranged things over the phone.
