A really good experience from start to finish. I have experience of Town and Country Auctions to buy a property a year ago and more recently to sell one. I reluctantly put my Late Mother's home up for auction after it had been for sale with a local estate agent. Mr Paul Davies guided me through the process and nothing was too much trouble. When I had a problem with the buyer accessing the property before the Sale had Completed, Paul Davies dealt with it fast and efficiently. He was always polite, kind and happy to advise, often out of office hours. Mr Davies and Town and Country do go the extra mile, that some other Estate Agents fail to do.

From a relative novice to auctions (apart from homes under the hammer) Paul explained the process in a succinct manner and kept us up to date with the extent of interest at all times. We had agreed the reserve but Town and Country managed to exceed this by £14000! Well impressed and guaranteed completion without lengthy paperwork. Would definitely use this sales method should the occasion arise and would certainly recommend T&C
