S. J. R.I have dealt with Barry Crux & Co for around eight years as a landlord and, more recently, as the representative of a charity renting a property through them. As a consequence I have experienced their service from both sides and I can say, without any reservation, that they are extremely professional and helpful. They are also very well-informed about the property market and I always feel that I can rely on their advice.
As a landlord, I have used a number of agents in the past and I can honestly say that the service that I have received from Barry Crux & Co exceeds all the others by a long way.
My recent experience of them as someone involved in renting property has been excellent. As well as expertise, they have also brought a great deal of personal service and care to the process of negotiation and rental of property.

It was our first experience of taking a lease of this size and they were fantastic at keeping us informed, going over and above to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, stepped in to liaise with our solicitor in order to keep the let moving forward, and even met me at 7am to accept a builders delivery when the completion fell behind schedule.
Janet was great during our enquires, Will was always extremely helpful and accommodating during viewings and visits, and Rosie was absolutely fantastic as keeping things moving, offering us help and advice, and in dealing with our enquires, questions and concerns. The team are so incredibly helpful and we can't thank them enough for their help and support.
