Jodie doesn't live up to the bad reputation estate agents seem to have, he is very genuine and down to earth, and we were very comfortable to take his advice on selling our house. He advised putting up for sale (the day the tenants moved out, with bookings for viewings starting 2 days later (when I’d cleaned it)! He had two days of viewings and I excepted an offer.
