Kendall Bailey is an absolutely fantastic lettings agency, during my two years of having them as my agency, they have always been efficient, effective, and prompt in sorting out any housing issues I've had. Amanda and Rachael are genuinely kind and really lovely people, and both go the extra mile to ensure their tenants have a first class renting experience. Would definitely recommend their services and using them as an agency if you are searching for property in York, I would definitely be looking to use their services again if I were to relocate back to York!! If you are a beginner in property or a seasoned investor, I would highly recommend working with this company. I have yet to find a company which works with such authenticity, integrity and a client centric approach. In fact, they do not treat you as a "client" but a valued partner, ie, your success matters to them as much as, if not more than, it matters to you. KB sticks with you in the times you are filled with self-doubt (and you will go through that) and they don't let you throw in the towel. The team at KB makes you believe what you are capable of. They believe in you so strongly that you have no choice but to believe in your own potential. They are valued partners for business and life. If you want a lifelong friendship as well as a business relationship, I would highly recommend the team at KB. The skills you will learn are probably worth more than any other course you might take (compared to most, if not all, the other property courses out there), and you will learn transferable skills, which you can incorporate into other businesses also. The best thing you can do is call KB for a quick chat and see what courses they are offering and get yourself booked on asap. Especially in this economic climate, you will need the skills which KB can teach.

Was very helpful during a busy market. Rachel was very nice and was able to sort me out with a room relatively soon. The service was professional while also felt like being treated like a person. She is a great liaison between the tenant and the landlord, with procedural things processed efficiently. The property found through Kendall Bailey is the best I have ever stayed in York. The apartments is modern, beautiful, fully -furnished and really spacious. The landlord has thoughtfully arranged a cleaner to come every other week. That is very kind and generous. What’s more important is that both the landlord and the agent are kind-heated people. They were happy to extend the contract when my plan of making international travel back home was disrupted by the COVID -19 risks beyond my control. We have owned and been leasing a property in York for over 20 years. Initially we ran the leasing by ourselves, but later with two other companies. Whilst being satisfied with the previous agency, we were approached by Kendall Bailey, who offered us a very good proposal to handle the total management of the property. We were particularly attracted to their offer to guarantee the rentals for full occupancy, even though they would have to wait for the final take-over until extensive renovations were completed. As this final date was reached, Kendall Bailey spent a large amount of money to re-carpet, decorate and even partially furnish the rooms. Lived with Kendall Bailey for around six months and the experience was lovely. The room I moved into was incredibly spacious and welcoming, and whenever I had a problem they were always there to help. I think considering the pandemic, they have coped rather well, especially keeping up with the cleaners and fire testing. Made us feel very safe. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the fridges when I moved in, but that was due to old tenants just leaving all of their food behind. I was quite happy to just clean them out and get going. Special thankyou to Matthew, Amanda and Rachel for all of their help through my journey with them. And for their help with my friend, Skye, who has just moved into one of their properties. If you want to feel valued and cared about, pick these guys to live with!
