Excellent experience with Littlefairs as a tenant. Prior to starting the team was super helpful and responsive, helping to alleviate our worries. When our car broke down with all our possessions in on the way to pick up the keys, Scott waited beyond office hours for us to get there: avoiding us being homeless for the weekend! Throughout, the repairs form online was easy to use and acted on quickly. In an emergency, Bridgette helped as quickly as possible. At the end, Becki helped us arrange a carpet cleaner at the last minute. Afterwards, our deposit was returned quickly with no unfair deductions! (No deductions, in fact.) If you're a prospective tenant, I can recommend Littlefairs. Would have stayed with for longer if not for relocating!

Once we had expressed our intent to rent the flat, they removed it from the market and gave us a nice window of time to submit out application. It’s so refreshing to deal with the only estate agency on earth that employs actual humans, and not reptiles wearing human suits. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you view a house first, are eligible and get your name down first, you actually get the house! It seems like common sense, but NOBODY else does it this way. My good friend phoned up to ask about the wonderful house we are now living in, to ask about his chances of getting the place and the reply was “we only deal with one application at a time, because we realise it’s peoples lives we are dealing with.” He nearly cried.
