I can highly recommend Mulgrave Properties to anyone considering purchasing a quality new build house. My journey with them buying my new home from start to finish has been an enjoyable experience and one that I can't fault. Special thanks to Julie for all of her professional help and advice, she is a real asset to the company. Also to Will and the lads on site who even after the sale have been approachable and helpful. Julie was a fantastic help to aid us in our first ever property purchase. Not only was Julie very helpful, she was also knowledgeable, professional and fun to deal with. The home is for our little growing family and nothing has been too much trouble even 7 months down the line. Will, the site manager has been fantastic, any last minute touch ups he has had them sorted straight away which is excellent service. The experience with Mulgrave Properties has been excellent from my initial enquiry through to the care after completion. Julie is a wonderful, welcoming presence who guided me through the process with clear communication - she is a great ambassador for the company as the point of contact and takes a keen interest to ensure things are progressing smoothly. The houses have been built to an excellent standard, and even once I had moved in, both Julie and Will, the site manager, took care to ensure I had settled in well and that I had everything I needed. It is rare to feel like a valued customer these days - particularly for such an important transaction - but Mulgrave Properties have been excellent, with particular credit to both Julie and Will. It couldn’t have been any easier to purchase a brand new, high quality home!

Moving into our new home on Church Farm in Tockwith a week before Christmas could have been very stressful, but our experience was considerably eased by the professionalism of Bethany and Graham who were on hand to help with the transition. Bethany was a valuable support, both in the run up to moving day and afterwards, with her practical and calm approach to any potential issues, ready to deal with solicitors and tradesmen alike! Always pleasant and cheerful, she responded quickly and efficiently to requests for help, and phone calls and emails were returned promptly. As with any new house there were snags, but Graham dealt with these in his usual unflappable manner, sorting out the more urgent problems with speed and ensuring more minor issues weren't overlooked. Always courteous and approachable, Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. One of our main issues here has been the quality of the landscaping. Due to the rush to get us into the house in time, the turf was laid in water-logged conditions and the plants merely deposited on the top soil. (We did say we were willing to wait to have the garden installed.) These problems are now being rectified. We have also had problems with flooding in the garage after recent storms, but again are happy that remedial work has been carried out and the situation is being monitored. An issue more difficult to solve is the positioning of the light switches downstairs; there is no light switch in the utility room meaning that any entrance by the side door at night is conducted in the dark! apparently this is a design fault and has been noted. That said, we are very satisfied with the style and finish of our new home and the attention to detail in the building and would be happy to recommend Mulgrave Homes to any potential buyers!

The best builders I’ve ever worked with, I had problems and difficulties with every other builder I went with before I came to Mulgrave. Julie was outstanding, the best person I have ever worked with I cannot praise her enough. She helped us from start to finish and made everything smooth, all the difficult and complicated stuff she just made everything smooth, got everybody working efficiently and really blew my mind away. She was absolutely lovely to us from the very start and even now afterwards. The builders were absolutely lovely, very kind, caring and the quality of their work is second to none I have been blown away and all my expectations have been exceeded. Namely Josh has been nothing less than a 5 star builder our experiences with him have been excellent ! I’m very happy with Mulgrave’s and I believe their quality speaks for itself and I really would like to use them again in the future if I ever needed. Every builder should be like Mulgrave’s, I consider them the Golden Standard. Not a single fault thumbs up

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a new house from Mulgrave. Moving house is stressful business, but the sales team were always very patient and support throughout the purchasing process (much more pleasurable to deal with than the various solicitors!) and they made sure to accommodate us and our needs. It was really reassuring service. It would also be remiss to not mention the fantastic after care service we have received. Where perhaps some builders would say “thank you and goodbye” after you get your keys, Mulgrave have been there to support and check in on us even more than a month later! We did have a few quality problems with the property when we moved in, but they have always come straight over to sort everything out and still continue providing excellent customer care. Could not fault them at all, and would certainly recommend over other builders in the UK. J & M Wilson

From start to finish we can't thank Julie, Will and Josh enough, they have been amazing throughout our purchase and quite honestly went above and beyond our expectations. Their level of customer service has been 5*. We have purchased new builds before and not been looked after anywhere near as much as we have throughout our purchase at Pocklington. Even now we have moved in they are still making sure we have settled in ok & if we do have any problems they get it sorted straight away. We are over the moon with our new home and we are recommending Mulgrave properties to our family and friends. We will be sad to see Julie, Will and Josh finish their time at this site in December.
