Eugene and Tara at Reeds Rains are great people, professional, helpful and efficient. They managed the sale of my house and purchase of the new house very smoothly. I have moved homes a few times before, and I have certainly not experience a better customer service than with them at Reeds Rains!

Overall I had a really good experience purchasing my house with Reeds Rains. Tara and Eugene were very helpful and always on hand for questions along the way. They also helped stay on top of the seller activities and chased when needed. Only downside was they as a business didn't do evening viewings so it was very difficult to fit in within the working day.

Really cannot recommend the whole team enough at Catford and Brockley. Reeds Rains have been managing the property when it was a rental and Lauren et al always did an amazing job acting promptly and communicating clearly all the issues and making helpful recommendations. Their contacts with trusted contractors all turn up on time and do an excellent job. Redecorating, reflooring, repairs and installing a new kitchen for us to an excellent standard on time and under budget. And also helped us with a few items preparing the house for sale. Tara, Eugene and Maev also helped sell our property and were excellent through a challenging process working hard to push things along and keep me informed of progress and expectations and managed a pretty quick turn-around from offer to completion. Overall just excellent. I’ve recommended them to anyone I know selling in S London, they are awesome!

We had a really great experience renting a property with Reeds Rains! We had been looking for a flat for months, and were feeling quite frustrated with other estate agents and the London market in general for having to bid ridiculously higher than the asking prices to rent flats. We had made offers on two similar properties, and each time it resulted in a bidding war (that we lost). Gentrit from Reeds Rains showed us round our current flat, and he made the process fair for everyone and was up front about everything, also not pushing us to offer higher than the asking price, which I can’t stress enough was so refreshing. And we finally found a flat that we love! I can’t recommend Reeds Rains enough, the process was so smooth and both myself and my partner found our experience with Reeds Rains, and Gentrit, so great compared to other estate agents, as we had begun to lose hope we’d find somewhere in our price range! Honestly cannot speak highly enough of Maev. We were first time buyers and she helped us through every step of the process, and was an absolute dream when it came to dealing with the (literally useless) solicitors. Thanks to Maevs hard work, we managed to complete in 10 weeks. When Maev was on annual leave, Tara and Eugene were great at filling in during her absence. If it wasn't for Maev, we would have almost certainly been homeless right now. Someone give the girl a promotion and a raise!!
