We purchased through Stephenson's and both Gill and Fiona were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They are possibly the most responsive estate agents I have ever come across. Throughout the purchasing process, they were proactive, quick to respond to queries and provided regular updates. On completion day, we would have been (quite literally) left homeless if it was not for their fantastic service and utter determination to get problems resolved - even staying well after hours to help make sure we completed. We will definitely use them in the future and I don't think you could find a better estate agents.

I interviewed 4 estate agents before I went with Stephensons. I am an online shopper and I did consider going that way, but Nick from Stephensons was very persuasive it made sense that I pay extra for a local team. I cannot tell you how glad I am that I did that. Nick did lovely photos of my property. The sale was prolonged and I was less than patient. The team of women in the office were fabulous as they took over and led me through. Fiona went above and beyond to help with things that needed addressing, often at a distance.
