We definitely loved our experience and it's the reason that Churchills will always be our first choice.

G. M.We just had a comfortable few days at Moss Green. It's a very convenient location and the house was well-furnished, cosy and well-equipped, with easy parking nearby. We'll be back.

A couple of comments:
1. It's easy to find, but not the first time! Work out your route carefully, as GPS will take you to a maze of No Entry signs.
2. Our young teenagers loved the attic bedroom, but the ladder/stairs are not suitable for very small children. However, the room with triple bunk beds on the first floor is perfect.
York is great, a clean, well-run city and easy to get around, by car or on foot. We did every touristy thing, ate well and enjoyed it a lot.
H. B. K.We stayed in the 16 Phoenix Blvd for a week. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment, and is newly renovated. It is very clean and tidy, with all the house appliances and equipments offered to use. It is very quiet and peaceful. Parking slot is right outside and is visiable from dinning room. We found it a very good choice for family holiday in York. It is about 10 mins walking to nearest post office and rail station, that helps a lot for my work and travel needs.
B. K.Very comfortable property located in a location comprises both conveniences and quiet in good balance. We stayed there for more than a month, and were fully satisfied by its unique location and warm services by the staffs of Welcome Lets. In 5 mins walk we can reach convenience store. Cafe, restaurants and other services are all within a radius of 10 mins walking.
Although a pub is nearby, we found the visitors are very polite and friendly. We didn't get annoyed by crowds or noisy, but instead we were friendly greeted by the weekend visitors when we ran into them.
Needless to mention its proximity to rail station. it largely saved my budget getting to work in London and Southampton during my stay.
I highly recommend this property to York visitors no matter you are pleasure travel or coming for business.
J. P.Lovely stay at Elin House York Close to the city walls. Fab location scenic walk to the city via the walls or easy walk through the streets. House was comfortable, spacious spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Welcome Lets provided a friendly and very efficient service 😊
O. M.Cherita was so friendly throughout our holiday let experience. The house we stayed had just been newly refurbished so there were a couple hiccups regarding WiFi, etc. however Cherita kept us informed throughout. Cannot fault the service we recieved and the home we stayed in was truly beautiful.
