As a first time buyer, I went into buying a property with very little if any knowledge of how the process, and mortgages, worked. From the first viewing I feel that everyone at William H Brown has always been putting my best interests first. Hannah has helped me massively with understanding and securing a mortgage, even after my first attempt at a purchase fell through, and has taught me a lot about what to expect in the future. She has always been on the end of the phone as soon as I need her and had kept me updated with everything that has been going on, as well as making sure I have done everything I need to do on time. I’ve felt very comfortable going to her with all my questions, and will be going back to her in the future!
