We were so happy with Wisharts estate agents from the first phone call, they were so professional and there was no pressure to make any decisions straight away. We did decide to sell our house with them because they undstood how much we cared about our home and what we had put into it over the years. They found the right people to view our home and were fantastic, also all this was through a pandemic. We had lots of interest in our home and they advertised it amazingly. The staff were absolutely fabulous, always on the end of a phone or email and giving such supportive advice. We sold our house quite quickly and even when it had sold they were ringing us with updates from solicitors and information, no need for us to do any chasing which was great. Overall it was such a brilliant service and i can not recommend them enough to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Wishart Estate Agents are highly recommended. They offer an outstanding service that I have not experienced with other estate agents. My husband and I were really impressed with the price, quality of service, high class advertising and marketing materials, how we were given weekly updates on how the viewings and second viewings were progressing, the speed at which an offer was made that was acceptable and how Lucie and Paige negotiated this for us to ensure we got the best price for our house. At no point did we feel like a number in a sales based target. Alison the sales progressor was brilliant and kept us regularly updated on how the sale was progressing and even helped with communicating with solicitors to speed up exchange and completion. We would never use a different agent and can only hope to also buy a house being advertised by WEA. Well done WEA for standing out amongst the rest and changing the perception of estate agency for the better.
