York Property Shop is, without doubt, the best agency I have ever been involved with. We have been renting through them for the last 3 years and right from the start, the experience has been excellent. Ali is very dedicated to doing a great job, and always goes the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly. Any time we had issues to resolve they were dealt with quickly and in an efficient manner and it's really been a pleasure to live in a property managed by York Property Shop. In future, I would not hesitate to use them again, whether renting, buying or selling as I know the service provided will be outstanding.

When I first moved in I was in a bit of a rush to do so, and Ali was really helpful in sorting everything for me to move in on the date I needed. Even met me at 6pm on a Saturday to handover the keys. He was always responsive if I needed anything done in the house and got it sorted straight away, and then when moving out everything was simple and easy too.
