The staff in YPP letting York Office is very very nice and friendly. When I moved in there, there are several problems occurred like the boiler, sink, electricity account set-up, and so on. All the staff tried their best to help me and made it work. Especially the maintenance team, Garry really did a good job. Appreciate the office’s help here :)

Moving daughter into her flat and there were a few teething problems but Gary was extremely helpful and sorted them out. Explained how to report any other problems (if there are any) and he would action them. Good to put a face to a name. Really friendly and approachable. Thanks Gary.

Hello, Sending a really big thank you to all the fantastic staff at YPP Lettings York. Particularly Amber, Jake and Garry. You really have been so very welcoming, kind and helpful. My daughter has been living at YPP this year during her final year at Uni, she has enjoyed living in her flat so much and all the staff have been amazing and made her feel really at home and cared for. I had good service from the maintenance team, in particular I was very impressed with Garry who came to assist with a leak in the property. He worked very hard to clear up regularly until the issue was traced and resolved. He offered advice and reassurance and really helped me cope with this problem which caused quite a bit of upheaval and stress. Well done Garry and thank you 😊

I want to leave positive feedback for the staff team here, they are very helpful, kind, and quick to respond. I want to give a shout out to the concierge Aaron, Maintenance man Gary and Michaela the cleaner. Aaron has been very friendly, welcoming and helpful right from the start, making me feel at home in the new place. Also very quick to help me and I'd like to pass it onto whoever is the manager really for praise as he's done an excellent job to be honest. Gary has been rapid like same day repairs, top bloke and very friendly. Very responsive and he cared that the place be in a fully repaired state asap. Michaela cleaned the place really well and even tidied some stuff and put my pots away, I couldn't believe it, she definitely went the extra mile and so friendly. So yeah if this can help the team in some way feel free to pass it up as I'm grateful for all the help you guys have given me and how welcoming and kind you've all been, feeling very good about living here. Since moving in, Garry has fixed the locks on my door, fixed my bathroom when it flooded and has now fixed my TV. One of the kindest and most helpful people I have met, without him it wouldn’t feel like the home it does now. Thank you for everything Garry!

I reported an problem with an appliance in my flat. The next day someone had been sent out to have a look. When Gary arrived to look at my freezer he was professional and friendly. Unfortunately he couldn't help but it was out of his control as the fridge wasn't working and needed the manufacturer for a replacement. However he provided some good advice on what to do before the manufacturer came.

Polite and helpful. Fixed our water heater and showed us how to program it

I lived in George House as a student for three years. It was the perfect size as a single occupant, although it was a studio it felt larger than it was. It also required a code to get into the building so i always felt very safe and secure. The location was perfect being so close to the centre and with regular buses running to campus every day. The service provided by Rick and those before him were equally outstanding and friendly whenever i popped in with a problem. Apart from one erroneously noisy, weed-smoking neighbour for a year, the other residents were very quiet, respectful and friendly.

YPP was a fantastic option for us as students. The accomodation was clean, modern and always quiet to live in, which was fantastic as this was not something we expected. YPP letting staff in Piccadilly Residence wear great, they always seemed approachable, always had a smile and 'hello' when coming in the residence and always gave good notice if they needed to gain entery to the flat. With a onsite free gym to use, pool table, football table and social area this appartment seemed like a steal. Another fantastic positive was how safe the building felt, with 24 hour CCTV in place, fobs haveing to be used to gain entery to the building and each floor and security on an evening. The only negatives I would have to say about this propety was the room size would be best reccomended to single occupancy rather than duel, although the propety had lots of storage. A final negative we had was the noise from the lift on a couple of occasions which resulted in an out of order lift but was soon resolved. Throughout our whole stay at this property Rick was consistantly friendly and approachable and always gave fast and helpfull replys. On moving out day Elizabeth was availible to answer my questions I had despite being busy. Along with this, Kiz was so helpful by offering us a helping hand to get our items to the car and had a lovely chat with us about where we were moving and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. Overall I would recomment YPP to other students.
