It was my first time visiting Cosmo. We made a booking for 9 adults. Food selection was huge. Consisting of Teppanyaki, Indian, Asian, Japanese etc. Everything tasted really good, service was really fast considering how busy the place is. There was a huge selection of desserts as well like icecreams, cakes and much more. Halal options were: Indian and BBQ. Keep in mind they are not Halal certified but do ask the manager what kind of halal food they have on the day of your visit. Overall, a great experience 👍🏻

We went here on a whim whilst in Aberdeen and we were not disappointed. I’ve been to other Cosmos, notably the one in Sheffield and knew what to expect. However this one surpassed my expectations. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was quickly distributed so it was piping hot, and of great quality, especially for a buffet. The portions from the live cooking were very generous. The cocos protocols made us feel safe. We would definitely return!

It is okay but I won’t give more star because I think the Indian food can be more spice taste. Not about the spicy. Tea unfortunately don’t come with unlimited change of tea bag. Better to order soft drink bottomless. Good variety of frying food. Salmon and prawns. The frying prawn you queue and order are fresh and nice. If you like dessert, it’s good here.

Had a great time yesterday evening with my 13year old grandson. Both of us had been before but not for some time. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food all delicious. There was a good crowd of people in the restaurant which made for a good atmosphere. Needless to say we were both full up when we left but extremely happy.

COSMO ALL YOU CAN EAT Buffet has an amazing selection of food. Some favorites are the flounder, baked salmon, shrimp, and hot and sour soup, as well as the hibachi. The sushi and sashimi also looks quite fresh. I love that they have kiwi and pineapple as part of the fruits offered. And there are also lots of desserts too, including cheesecakes, coconut macaroons, various types of cookies, and soft serve ice cream. The interior is nice as well. The price is reasonable given the variety and quality of food.

Good range of food. Decent quality good in comparison to other buffets. Fantastic service. Interesting to see how a buffet would work in the current pandemic situation. Test and trace details taken with confidentiality maintained. A temperature check is taken on arrival and hand sanitisation is plentiful. The restaurant is spilt into sections to reduce congregation in one area. Instead of serving yourself a server wearing gloves that were changed between people will take you round the section and fill up your plate to your choosing. This was done very efficiently with minimal waiting. Price was £16 for lunchtime on a Saturday. Overall they've done very well to be as hygienic as possible under difficult circumstances for a buffet restaurant.

On 12. 01.2018 I was with my mum at the dinner time, and one chef started " I remember you, why I didn't see you for while? " and he said to me to be for next week, haha but best thing I was for another day. On 03.02.2018 I was and I chat again with Mr. Shon ( the chef who remembered me) and he even remember my mum as well, he said to tell my mum greetings from him haha, and I get extra big chicken from the grill, but now I get each time extra big portions. It is always there a amazing atmosphere. It's extremely hard work on grill plus to remember all things that customers wants to eat. I admire good mood people, who also making great food and of course good service too. Thank you for this restaurant xx I will try to back very often as I will could xx

Really enjoyed cosmos. Food selection was incredible, and the service was very good. Despite it being very busy, there wasn't much waiting about, and everything seemed to move pretty smoothly. The kids loved it, and the chocolate fountain was a huge hit.

Very long train of all you can eat dishes, ranging from Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese, dim sum, teppanyaki, etc. Large section of sweets and dessert too. The chocolate fountain is definitely the top attraction for kids and adults as well. Very conveniently located in the biggest mall in town. Friendly service. Can get very busy during weekend and be prepared to wait.

Great lunch time restaurant £15.99 for all you can eat buffet. The majority of items are Chinese however this suited us as that's my favourite but there is a good selection of other items, Indian, pizza, sushi, salad etc. Drinks were reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and friendly. This was my first experience of a cosmo and I'd definitely be back to visit.

Nice but expensive. Good selection and good food but it's £21 per person including drinks which for lunch for two, is £42. Thats the same price as the top restaurants in Aberdeen which in my view provide better food and better service. If you want top quality food and top quality service go to a top quality restaurant for the same price. If you want a large selection of good food and don't mind queing for your food then cosmo is for you.

They have a great selection of food here! I'm fond of the chicken korma myself as it is so sweet and mild, but there are many different options. The servers are quick to clear plates and it always has a nice vibe in the restaurant. Would recommend.

Went here during lunch time. The lunch buffet was £8.50 for weekdays. There was the Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and desserts section. The Japanese section was disappointing as there was 3 choices of sushi which were vegetarian. The Indian section was reasonable with a variety of curry. There was quite a few Chinese food and Thai food. There was also simple snacks like nuggets, fried chicken, sausages, fries and fish cakes. There were not much variety of desserts either but they were exceptionally better than the other food. Overall the food was very simple. As for the taste it was average like any store bought meal (not restaurant quality). For such a low price it isn't surprising of that food quality. But the food was still warm, not that bad, good if you just want to eat to fill yourself and not for the taste.

Amazing selection overall. They quickly refilled whatever ran low, the sushi selection was small but everything else was amazing. The pork buns were divine, the mussels excellent, it was quick to have them fry up chicken and noodles on request, and the atmosphere was nice. Desert has quite the selection of little cake slices (strawberry rhubard cake is my favorite) but only vanilla ice cream. The chocolate fountain was nice and the service is very courteous.

I had super yummy experience in the Cosmo Buffet. As it was a buffet, obviously it had a whole lot of food. And the taste was so good. You get different variety of prawns, and all tasted great. Compared to amount of food you get to taste, the cost was economical plus an additional discount for students. Though it was quite busy time, the staff were very at their services. Overall had a wonderful experience. A must try one.

Usually I'm a bit sceptical about buffet restaurants, but this place proved me wrong. The service is unexpectedly nice, efficient and very safe; although is a buffet restaurant, there are plenty of safety measures in place, the overall venue is maintained clean and tidy. The menu varies weekdays to weekend, and sometime even throughout the week; I love sushi, and they had a good spread and was always changing depending on the day. You can find Asian, Italian and British food; they can also cook something fresh in front of you, I had so many servings of freshly grilled salmon! The overall quality of food was quite good, considering it wasn't expensive. If you love food and your stomach is as big as your eyes, like in my case, go and have a look; they also have a desserts buffet section!

As someone who works in hospitality, you notice details in other establishments all the time, and I must say what an excellent service from everyone! from the moment we arrived to leaving, their system was clearly explained in a polite and friendly manner, check backs were done promptly, plates were cleared quickly, dispite being a large table of 12 on a friday evening, we were asked if we needed more drinks when they noticed our drinks running low. I can't remember the servers names but their service was spot on! clearly they have been well trained. I highly recommend Cosmo and we will definitely be back. Thank you and your team.

Cosmo is almost back to its best now that the Covid rules are being relaxed. The number of food items available has increased and customers can self serve again. Although with covid restrictions they plate up for you which we weren't keen on just due to the amount you get and the way its plated we felt too much was wasted as we couldn't put the amount we wanted on our plates but that was our personal preference. Really lovely cosy atmosphere. The staff are all very helpful and are doing a great job during covid. The food is very authentic tasting and there is loads of variety. One small negative is that the desserts never seem to be quite as good as the main meals and especially at the moment with covid there is a restricted selection of desserts.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday and we loved it! If you've never been here they have world food buffet (Asian oriented) and deserts (European). We especially liked the hot Asian food section and the grill. Loved the chicken corn soup!!! Food tastes great, it has the right temperature and if I remember correcly you can read all the ingredients and the name of each "dish" on the side at the buffet. The staff are hard-working, friendly and professional. The bathrooms are big and extremely clean. Amazing value for money, especially during non-peak days and times, when you can pay as little as £8.50 per person and eat as much as you want!

Really good place, friendly staff and fresh good food. Management is great as well working alongside with their staff. My wee one was enjoying everything a specially chocolate fountain ⛲🍫😋🤣. Satff is making sure that restaurant is kept clan and tidy all the time. You and wee ones are able to wash hand between the meals and use hand sanitiser as well. The food is really great and diverse. If you enjoy Thai food and noodles, Cosmo is a great place. Very affordable buffet service (lunch buffet is £10 per head between 12-3pm). They also have a great variety of dessert to try out.

Eton mess. A buffet where you can have ETON MESS! (a luxury red berries creamy meringue) Sure hope they have it on your day, for fair's sake. Aint that the best? This a midday visit. Opening time queue a manageable size, you get in. The premises is right next door to the bus station, first door out or it, where you can go straight from your Eton mess to your bus! I already love the space age decadence of that part of Aberdeen, with both the land transport hubs umbrellaed together within a big shopping mall, and the ferry port 5 minutes' walk away. The best designed city setup anywhere. This Cosmo surely crowns it. Good wholesome veg curries and sushi and Thai too. But no Mexican and only 2 pizzas for Italian. I did miss the terrific Japanese tofu soup and Bombay potatoes that the bigger Cosmo in Edinburgh has. They need to do a recipe swap: this one needs to copy those, but that one needs to copy the Eton mess.
