Biryani was excellent and huge portion too. Pakoras taste really fresh. And as usual I had to try something what I never heard of. I went with Methi chicken and wasn't disappointed at all. Let's not forget both lady staff who were great too.

With all the competition for South Asian cuisine, it's pretty hard to share a five-star rating. We both really enjoyed our first visit and would go back in a minute.

The waitress was quite inattentive and took a LONG time to take our order and clear plates. It was very loud in the restaurant as there were some very noisy children. The food I had was underwhelming, the pakoras were dry and bland, the chicken tikka balti was very bland there was no spice to be seen there, although the biryani was nice. The menu told you very little about the dishes.

This is a tricky one. The place is crammed up, full of people! The service takes forever! The food wasn’t too bad though slightly overpriced I would say. We enjoyed their chicken seekh kebabs. The karahi literally had 4 chicken pieces in it which was quite strange considering the amount of money we are spending to eat the food of our land! Their roti was the star of the show. If there is nothing else to eat and you are dying Of hunger then this is the place to go.

For a specialist "karahi" place, this was a pure disappointment.. the lamb and the chicken karahi was a let down with the sauces having no touch of lahore.. it was more like a glorified takeaway.. the mixed grill was ok hence 3 stars. I won't come back again sorry.

It's a cozy place to celebrate your happy moments 🤠🤣🤣 we had mixed kabab pllater and Lahore Karahii chicken and lamb curries with butter Nans they are generous with butter, food was amazing. I would say they are good at preparing karahi dishes. Platter was excellent and quantity is big enough to serve 4 people. Well bill was moderate. The girl was very patient and friendly service. Overall happy bunny had very nice time with friends.💯😆

Went here with some family friends for a meal. Been here once before as well. Always great food, I ordered fish pakoras which were perfectly seasoned and the fish was perfectly cooked very soft. We also ordered lamb chops which were sizzling hot as they brought it to us, spices were great and the meat would just tear of the bone so easily. We ordered a few different main dishes, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, saag chicken, and achaari gosht, all cooked to perfection. And a jug of mango lassi which had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. Only thing that let me down a bit was I had to keep calling the waiter when I needed something, the waiters don't really come to your table to ask if everything is OK and if we needed anything else. Overall great place to eat out.

I went with wife and two little girls for the first time, this is must place even if this is your first time in Aberdeen. First of all, food portions are good, secondly if you are looking for desi style, this matches your taste buds. You come out with full stomach with no more space for dessert even.

We stayed at premier inn,city center and lahore karahi was is just 2 minutea away from the hotel. We had dinner for 2 consecutive days.Service is good,food tastes really well,kids friendly (my 2 years old so much noise,yet they were fine!). Amount of food is enough and budget friendly

I would decently go back to Lahore Karahi for another meal as everything went well by the time we went in to the time we left. The staff were polite and helpful the price was reasonable as I was expecting the price to be a lot more than it was I purchased a couple of vouchers from itison to use the meal it’s self was worth it they were quick in coming with your order so you had”t long to wait for you mains after your starter. The main meals were really filling in fact none of us could eat all our mains so we asked if we could take what we didn’t finish home with us which they said they wouldn’t be a problem. They don’t have a license to sell drink but you can take your own drink in with you. Well done guys keep up the good work & we will be back to visit use again thanks for a great meal

Great food with very cost ambience. Staff is very welcoming and are always there to help you. Parking near the restaurant can be little difficult at times since it is on the busy king street but again it depends on what time you are going there. I would highly recommend their curries. Food is of great quality and is very cheap.

Have visited this little gem on a good few occasions..never let down...menu is maybe a bit different from run of the mill venues..but that is a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful..does not have a license to sell alcohol, so bring your own bottle, with no surcharge...carryout meals are catered for as well..great place to nip in for a quick meal if stuck for time..

Authentic Indian cuisine served in a plain setting. Decently priced, plenty of food options to choose from, but no alcohol licence available so no beer or wine etc. Been there twice now, once recommended by Indian friends and more recently invited by Scotsmen who have no doubt tried and tested many Indian restaurants in Aberdeen.

My wife and I went out for a dinner date on a Saturday night (7:30ish). We enjoyed that it wasn't too crowded. We ordered haleem, egg briyani, and garlic naan. Plenty of food for us to share (with a little leftover) for a total of 18.50 pounds. The food was delicious and our order was done surprisingly quick. Would rate 1/2 a star less because there was a bit of eggshell in the egg briyani. Overall, a great meal for a great price.

Absolutely excellent flavour, quality and value. I've had take out here several times and the food has always been amazing. The chicken tika masala was one of my favorites. A bit difficult to get a receipt for some reason but the food was awesome. It's a shame this restaurant isn't in my home town.

Food is absolutely amazing but service is really slow. Its a bit better inside the restaurant but when ordering a home delivery the food takes ages to arrive. This hasn't been a one off thing either. One time I waited for 2,5 hrs for delivery. I got my dinner at 10pm or something when I was wanting to go to bed. Atleast the food taste makes up for the waiting but if ordering delivery, order early!

This is the best Indian/Pakistani restaurant in Aberdeen. Try the tender Lamb or Chicken Karahe with plain nan. Also I strongly recommend their biryani, its the best and tastiest.... Their mix grill starter is a mouth watering dish. Never forget the mango lassi drink to cool you down from the spicy hot yummy food :)

I have aten in this resturant for more than 20 times with friends and families, I understand the extreme views on service, and i guess this is because they dont have a fixed waiters so you tend to have different service attitude everytime you give the restaurant a visit, i remember i asked for a wifi pass and i received it with a big smile, the next time i did with my other device i got a fierce NO!! However i can gurantee that for all the times i have aten in the resturant the food taste did not change and was delicious. In addition, the the lack or scarce of Halal restaurants in Aberdeen that dont serve Alcohol made this a favourite for many muslims and kept it running for such a long time.

First off, the food is excellent. The service might be a bit hit and miss but this is a place to eat and not silver service dining. I usually order a takeway. This is obviously a pakistani restaurant, and a sign of a good national cuisine restaurant is to see lots of ex-pat diners, which this place always has. Do not expect 5 star service but when you get your food (especially the mixed kebab roll), you will be happy. My mother even liked it and she hates garilc. So, dont come here if you are in a rush, but the food is good and its also reasonably priced. No booze mind but they have lassi's etc.

The food I ordered: meat biryani + meat samosa + salty milk + cola (regular). The biryani is very tasty and the meat is rahi, mashallah and "halal" from the butcher shop next to it. Meat samosa: two large pieces. And they contain small, delicious potatoes. Milk: I do not recommend it at all...because it is "my swimwear". Take a look at the pictures, you will find the full menu at the prices of the dishes. My experience in it is very enjoyable, and it is preferable to have company with you that you are comfortable with. The internet is off but it is available upon request, you just have to ask kindly. If the first waiter doesn't mind, ask the second waiter without the first one seeing you.
