Wow! Delicious meal! We ordered a selection of sides and mains, and each dish was flavoursome and interesting. The bill came to less than 50.00 which is great value. Staff were attentive and service was quick (although we never felt rushed). We will be back.

Wide range of selection. For our starters, we had the deep fried prawn king roll and the Kai satay. We also had the Tom yum, the Thai egg noodle and the beef stew soup. Everything was delicious, the staff were really attentive and welcoming. Good atmosphere and an enjoyable night.

As I am Thai, I have asked them to make the North Eastern Somtam(papaya salad in North Eastern style) and I got a super authentic taste. Grilled pork skewer was so tasty and tender. Really enjoyed my first visit to the this venue. Last went when it was down in the market. Went in with 3 mates and we all picked 3 dishes each. All were enjoyable and we went away stuffed! Service was a little slow and disjointed at times but we did order a fair bit of food! Singha Tower definitely enhanced enjoyment 🍻

Food here is delicious would dine here far more often but I live 35 miles away. Service is always fairly prompt and good. It's very nice and clean here. Good photos of the plates of food on offer. We intend to do a overnight stay so we can enjoy a dinner here, I love the food it's very flavoursome and what's more it is very good value. Get along and try it it is most certainly worth a try you will definitely find something that you like to eat.

First time going here and would easily go back again went for a family meal 9 of us all together upstairs had the whole floor to ourselves. Portions was more than generous. Not as attentive as I would have liked but really good place. Cleanliness and food and value was excellent!!

One of my favourite restaurants! The Thai food is absolutely great. The staff are always so friendly and have been so helpful. My personal favourite is the no.33, Kuay-Tiao Tom Yum soup with seafood which is a great lemongrass and creamy soup with noodles, tomatoes, mushrooms. The no. 29, Kuay-Tiao Phad See Eiw is slowly climbing up to be my favourite. It’s a nice soy sauce based noodle. Both the classic and green milk tea pair well with everything on the menu! But they are both on the very sweet side. I have tried more of menu but the main meal portion size is enough to get anyone stuffed so I stick to my favourites!

A wonderful family meal at Madam Mews as we had our first meal in Aberdeen for almost 18 months , we had been regulars to the Aberdeen Market version of Madam Mews so when we had heard they had relocated during lockdown we had to try it out. Service was fantastic and the food as usual was incredible , tasty ,rich and loads of it. I found I had a liking for the iced lemon tea which my kids enjoyed .I had the chicken Pad Cha and egg fried rice and it was amazing. Will be regulars again here for sure.

Had a lovely meal in Madame Mew's, a great menu, all dishes come with pictures to help you decide what you want. The ducks spring rolls and prawns deep fried in a wonton were delicious, and stir fried noodles very tasty. Great atmosphere and service, and really enjoyable sitting in. Highly recommended.

Authentic Thai place with the most reasonable prices in Aberdeen til date. They offer a wide range of Thai staples from curry to stir fried dishes with noodles and rice. The portion size of the mains is very big. Staffs are super friendly and attentive. They offer takeaway service. Over COVID lockdown, this is the one takeaway place that saved my meals and didn't burn my wallet for months. Will continue visiting regularly!

Amazing little place in the market! Quality of food is amazing and in a very good price. There are spicy dishes and non spicy. I tried the coconut prawns, the almond thai noodles, the papaya dish is mega spicy and the curry a bit spicy but edible. Also sticky honey glazed chicken strips very nice and non spicy! The ice tea is very sweet so if you don't have a sweet tooth maybe it's not for you. They have everything for everyone! The staff is very nice and friendly too.

My sister introduces me to this place. The food was excellent significant portions at a reasonable price and lots of choices. I had some prawn in batter and spring roll which I've never tasted anything that delicious. The staff members here are vigilant there was a blind gentleman came in, and one of the staff was straight over to help him order his food. This place seems popular with people like weightlifters there was quite a few, in. I'd highly recommend checking it out

This has been a comfort place for me and my friends since we were kids and the restaurant was in the market. The food is simply out of this world. Big portions, good prices, so hearty and warm to be there. Will forever recommend it to family, friends and strangers. (Will also always recommend the Madame Mew’s Pad Thai!)

I used to eat a Thai curry daily while I was pregnant from madame mews and was gutted to hear they closed when the market went! However tonight all my dreams were made again when we stumbled accross it now on summer street the food was as good as if sitting in Thailand itself the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed we shall be back very soon

I've been to Madame Mew's Café four times now and each visit has been lovely: The service is prompt even whilst busy, without ever being overbearing - you're given the time and space you need all without rote-like phases of table service to interrupt you. And this works well for them, as the food comes out beautifully each time and that's all the talking which needs to be done. I could hardly imagine these dishes ever coming out cooked poorly. Speaking of which the dishes are quaint in plating, but well presented overall, and hearty enough too - the menu isn't huge but there's enough selection to come back and try new items in-between your favourites (I'd recommend the Phad Grapau with pork as my own go to; perfect rice, fried mince and mixed vegetables with plenty of chillies should you ask for it). I do wish the Phad Grapau's mincemeat was a tad fattier though so it could retain more moisture, and remain tender. My only real issue with Madame Mew's that would deprive it of a fifth star is the extreme sweetness in some of the dishes. The Thai Green Curry and Manfrang Phan Kung were sickly sweet, and in the former's case I found it masked the creamy, rich flavour that ought to have been apparent in a Thai Green Curry. Authentic or not, I'm not sure the sweetness of syrup is what I'm looking for when I dine Thai. Whatever the case, everything has otherwise been cooked perfectly, served promptly, and in a decent portion for the money - I'd recommend this place any day for a casual afternoon meal, but would only say be wary of the sauce-based dishes for their sugary flavours.

Delicious, affordable and authentic Thai food. Highly recommend trying the old style ice tea with condensed milk - tastes like dessert, and is a great counter to the chill in the spicy salads (try the glass noodle one!). We have been twice to the restaurant and couldn't recommend it highly enough. When we moved from a major city to aberdeenshire we were disappointed with the number of restaurants that claimed to be thai but actually served Cantonese food. This is a gem. Staff very friendly and attentive. Definitely give it a try . Thai shop and beauty parlour next door to enhance the experience.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant had a great atmosphere. Alcoholic drinks are pretty pricey. Food was unfortunately disappointing. Starters were good and a nice selection, not just deep fried spring rolls. Mains were stodgy and tasted very similar even though we order things that should have been very different. There was no freshness or acidity balancing the sweetness which you normally get with thai food. Not spicy either. Didn't finish any dish, which is incredibly unlike me, because of the quality of food. Such a shame.

This place is truly a gem in Aberdeen. The food is beautifully presented and tastes simply delicious. My favourite is the green papaya salad and the Tom Yum soup as well as Pad Thai. Usually I get the salad with one chili but if you want to feel alive, order it with two. It gives you a nice kick. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I usually go once a month since it's also not too expensive and I like the atmosphere of the market although some might think otherwise.

Small and bustling this restaurant ticks all the classic fast Thai restaurant boxes, decor low key and on the verge of tacky but you don't care because you're here to eat. I ordered prawn crackers, curry duck spring rolls, deep fried spring rolls and a beef kee mao The prawn crackers were good, more sturdy than the Indonesian ones I'm used to that disintegrate on your tongue but with a deeper flavour. The pork ribs were good and fried, just crispy enough and pulled away from the bone well. The spring rolls were on point with the sauce, fit the bill exactly. The kee mao however .. Kee mao, or drunken noodles are meant to sobre you up with their flavours and heat. This plate, while presented steaming hot had nothing to warrant such a name or legacy. No sear on any part of the noodles, meat or veggies, the sauce was basically MIA and it was as spicy as mayonnaise. This dull dish was a slap in the face after the excellent starters. It didn't leave me with a sour taste in my mouth, that would be a step up from the bland plate attempting to pass itself off as kee mao

The ladies of Madame Mews are always very good! - Menu choice is huge.. possibly overwhelming... but always tasty - Quality and cooking of the meat gives melt in the mouth chicken and beef... get some Satay as a starter - All the food is full of flavour and provides a good chilli sniff. Heat levels are tweaked to your preference, so just ask of you prefer it super spicy or missing a punch :) - Value is fantastic, 8 quid for a large portion of tasty food and a giant "butterfly" of sticky rice. I am a big bloke and a tenner spent at lunch meant I did not need dinner! CONs: - Makes you wish you were on holiday in Thailand!

They keep serving pork recently when we order chicken dishes and claiming we are mistaken. Getting a bit annoying considering we are really regular customers and know the difference in taste, texture, smell between pork and chicken! Aside from that the food is good value and some tasty items on the menu - particularly the satay. Would be great if they could add some authentic Asian vegetables to the meals - they are too meat-heavy.
