Stayed in the premier Inn next door, fingers where good, on Tuesday night due to snow and ice they where short staffed but still managed to fit me in 😊 steak was a bit.... Spherical 😂 but still tasted good, and had to request extra sour cream on my second night. But nachos are awesome 👍

My wife had the Gammon and I had the Mixed Grill. Gammon was fine on both plates. But the steak and the chicken breast on the mixed grill were both dry and overdone. It was as if they had been cook ed beforehand and then reheated.

Had a lovely meal at lunchtime today (Saturday), hadn't booked but got seated no problem. There were a a fair amount of other people in too. Second restaurant within a week that didn't have steak pie available, so opted for the chicken and mushroom pie with mash tatties and peas which was delicious. Daughters had Lasagne and macaroni, garlic bread and garlic bread with cheese oh and onion rings. Both enjoyed their meals. Along with drinks came to £47 as lunch offers only on Mon-Fri. The staff were nice but did find that the lady who seated us and took our order polite but straight to the point, no chit chat or pleasantries....... Would recommend stopping in by 😁

Great food, great atmosphere. Staff nice and friendly. Waitress we had (Natalie) was so jolly and happy. After such a lovely experience 2 months ago we decided to return today 9th December. Disappointed with the meal as the roast potatoes were still cold on the inside (obviously done in a fryer) and the yorkshire pudding was like a brick. After complaining they did change the meal for us and manager said he would give us something extra when we were finished but failed to do so.

We have visited mill of my turbo multiple times and never been disappointed. New menus, very helpful staff and a quiet but pleasant atmosphere make this a favourite for lunch once in a while. Even my tweenager enjoys eating there and doesn't struggle to find things on the menu she likes. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and nice service, they were prompt, nice and helpful. We had chicken forestière and pork trio, it was extraordinarily nice. Nicely served, the chicken was well cooked, not overcooked, and the gammon in the pork trio wasn't too salty as it sometimes is in other places. Highly recommended, will definitely come back!

Read the reviews about slow service, no idea what they are talking about. I've had fast friendly service on my visits. Food is great and portions are a good size. Staff are friendly and chatty, even going as far as helping me find where I was trying to go the next day.
