We booked a table for just after 7 on a Saturday evening. Place was quite full when we arrived. Staff was friendly and attentive, they came up and checked on us a few times. Service was probably a bit slow but we didn't really notice it as we were having a good time. The place itself is lovely and the food we tried was actually very good! Bruschetta was not a toasted bread but more of pizza dough with fresh tomato and pesto, not quite the bruschetta you eat in Italy but delicious nonetheless. Pizzas were thin and crunchy, with plenty of toppings and really tasty. They also brought us some extra chips to apologize for the delay while cooking our pizzas which it was appreciated. Price wise is slighty more expensive than Tony Macaroni (another one of my favourite "Italian" restaurant) but still not expensive given the quality of the ingredients used to prepare our dishes. Overall I recommend everyone to give it a try, both the food and the service is worth it!

We had a lovely time for me and my partner’s anniversary. Our server Megan was wonderful and checked in on us often but not too often to make sure everything was fine. Our food was amazing and has been every time we have been in the past. With thanks to all the staff for making our anniversary a great evening!

Nice atmosphere, and as usual, most of the food was very good! The service was a little slow and I ordered a second drink which I never received. The items on the menu are quite expensive, and when I asked if I could use a voucher, the waitress said no, because the other people I was dining with all wanted the set menus. All she could have done was split the bill as we all paid separately anyway!

Firstly, the staff are very helpful and friendly, goes a long way to enjoy the experience. Open kitchen, with chefs showing how to make super bases for pizza. Great deals to be had, like 2 mains for the price of 1. Worth a check to save some cash. The food was really good..had mushrooms stuffed with cheese starter...went well with small carafe of white wine. Real tasty. Mains were scrumptious..finished off with a coffee. Very reasonable prices. Enjoyed our visit.

Just had a Fantastic meal here today, the food and service was first class, one of the best meals out ever. Staff could not do enough for us. Our server, Nadia was so helpful and polite. The manager has really got this place running well. Well worth a visit.

I leaving quite long time in Aberdeen and was in Prezzo at first time on 9 may at evening time. Wasn't much busy. Inside it's nice, haha just tables are small they don't fit the huge size of menu haha. Service is nice and mostly time asking how is your food. We had extra water to drink plus our drinks, that was suprise haha, we order of course pizza 🍕, was very good and big and mine was unusual shape. I will definitely back for more.

Delicious food from Prezzo! Five stars for food for sure. Prices are good too. Most of the staff were super friendly albeit quite distracted by their own company and forgetful with requests, unfortunately the one who meets, greets and seats you is unfriendly which thankfully doesn't match the rest of the team!

Ended up here last minute but got a table no bother. Our starters were lovely and cleared away promptly. Then our mains arrived one of which was wrong with no cutlery. This was all sorted out quickly by our server but we could here the kitchen staff talking about how they'd f'd up. Didn't bother us but if we can here this language they need to be mindful of who else can too. Everything else was fine, food was tasty!

Safe procedures for COVID-19, although our table did feel a little too close to the next one over. Wait staff were lovely and attentive, friendly greetings from the beginning. Prezzo offer some of the widest range of vegan mains at Union Square, but only only one vegan starter which doesn't quite make sense! The food was good, vegan "chicken" and pepper pizza was good but a little soggy in the middle due to the caramelized onions, tasted nice though! The lentil lasagne sounds tasty so will likely return.

Pleasantly surprised, visited Prezzo a few time’s before and not been overly impressed but this branch excelled. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, food was on point and the chocolate brownie dome was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long while! With 40% discount available via the Prezzo website, this is a must visit restaurant when in Aberdeen.

Went in for lunch before travelling by train and was not disappointed. Shared a starter of mozzarella (not greasy, tasty with a nice tomato sauce). I had king prawn & salmon risotto and it was one of the best I have tasted. Desserts looked like a cheap packet version but it was just right to finish off the meal. 1st place we will go to when in union square.

A tasty treat that won't let you down Prezzo offers the standard fair that you would expect in any Italian restaurants: pasta, pizza, salad and grilled items. The drinks menu isn't the most varied but still offers enough for most people. The set menu offered is great value for money and still provides a lot of choice for the consumer. The setting of the restaurant was not my favourite. It is all dark wood and mood lighting making it very difficult to see and just gives the whole place a muted feeling.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Came here tonight for Valentine's and this was both of ours first visit. Excellent service from all the team super friendly and very efficient. Been there twice while the staff was pleasant the length of time for food to be delivered was terrible on both occasions! Last time went in ordered at 1850 starter came at 1930! Even out drinks took 10 min to arrive Then Our main after chasing it eventually came around 20:25 my college ordered a water that had to be chased , but once the food eventually arrived it was good ! And they was not even that busy Would never go there again if I was in a rush!

Delicious food!! Can't recommend the "Prestigio" Posh Pepperoni Pizza enough-it was simply fabulous!! Also enjoyed watching my Pizza being prepared in the "Open Kitchen" & then baked in the large stone base oven which can be viewed by all diners. A fascinating & delicious night!!!!
