Food brilliant! Waiting staff a bit slow but very attentive and polite. Obviously still learning the place. However another one was just walking back and forth ignoring her customers.

Stylish venue with spacious and comfortable bar and adjacent restaurant with well spaced, private tables. Always a pleasure to see a simple menu. The food was timely and well presented. It was good but the bisque in the cod special was a bit bitter and overpowering though the fish itself and langustine were very good. Very nice starters too. Fair value and well prepared cocktails and good overall service.

A wonderful posh pub grub-inspired dinner. The Scotch egg starter was incredibly rich and oh so delicious, while my duck main was just incredible. The beef chilli tacos was very tasty as was the perfectly cooked steak. It was also incredibly busy on the Friday we visited so I was glad we’d managed to book a table! Delicious food in a homely atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. Very child friendly and for family. Ample parking space at the back of the restaurant as well as off street parking on North Dee Side Road. A good pub to hang around and watch some games on tele.

Came here with a friend for evening drinks and desserts. The salted caramel, biscoff and smores cheesecake was delicious - what an invention! Their sticky toffee puddings are wonderful too.

I only stopped in for a drink. But I found the staff friendly and professional. They seemed very well organised in terms of what was needed and actually implementing the necessary covid safeguards. And although I didn't try the food, they seemed to have a nice selection of their menu. They place itself was very comfortable and spacious as well.

We walked in before they were ready to serve, the waiter could see my wee one was hungry. We were served the most delicious chips and weren't made to feel we had disrupted their prep. I would be back properly because the hospitality was excellent and the ambience beautiful.

Lovely service and beautifully decorated. We’ve been twice now and both visits have been excellent; the food arrived fast and was great. A little on the pricey side but you don’t mind paying a bit extra for a nice atmosphere and food.

This was a lovely restaurant. I had the venison, which was delicious. There were 4 of us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Starters, mains and desserts were well presented and very tasty. Service was efficient and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Had lunch in the outside area. The service was excellent and the waiter was very polite and friendly. We both went for a nice pinot grigio rose carrot and coriandor soup followed by sticky toffee pudding and ice cream. Everything was very tasty and generous helpings and reasonably priced.

Went there for a afternoon tea with work colleagues and those that had retired. Good choice of food. Enjoyed. Had our own private room with a bar. Staff pleasant and helpful. Upstairs restaurant/bar looked smart but did not use. Worth checking out.

Had lunch here the other day with the family. Service was great, nice place can eat on the balcony, bar or restaurant. Food was all good, mushroom soup was very good, had the special fish and chips butnot so great, was a bit burnt tasting like it was cooked in burnt oil. All the other food was lovely. Will go back.

Lovely atmosphere. Fish and chips are very good, they could not put the rock salt on the fish, still it was good. Chips were excellent. My friend had the burger with chili and loved it. Another friend had the Steak and Ale pie and said it was good. I had one of the chef's choice, the chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese on top of roasted cabbage and some sort of potato along with a pepper coulis. The cabbage overcooked, the potato strange and the pepper coulis over sweet. So all in all 3 out of 4 meals were spot on. The stickey toffee pudding was the bomb!

Very noisey when we were there children screaming and shouting, not the staff's fault. We waited a long time for our meal, however the manager came and apologised and gave us 20% off our bill, the food was good. On a negative note the disabled toilet was not very tidy, the toilet seat was broken. I would go back as the staff were very nice.
