Fantastic experience, the staff were quick, responsive and super friendly. The location is beautiful and the food is delicious 😋 couldn't ask for a better experience. They even gave a complimentary snack as I waited for my started to be cooked and delivered. Each staff member was competent at their job amd also covering for others. Will be back again 🙂

I came here for my late dinner, and service was great, really quickly served. Food: Starter was lovely - Mushroom Brindini, and Main Vegan Lentil Ragu. Cocktail - Ciao Bella, was lush! Cheesecake as take away. Great food experience here. Great staff. Glad to see track & trace enforced.

Went to lunch here last week. All three of us had the lunch menu. The food was excellent. The service was also excellent. Staff are young and efficient with great attitudes. Enjoyed our visit there and would return again.

Had a pre event dinner here and booked ahead. Initially it was very quiet but by the time we left they were turning potential diners away. So it would do no harm in booking ahead. Food was good, menu varied, and service professional.

Great vegetarian pasta. Ask for the Vegan Bolognese Pasta, it is made with lentils. I recommend it very much. The food is good, the service was good. Though the only problem is that the air conditioner does not work very well so, at some moments you can feel a little cold. However the environment and the food are very good.

Zizzi is one of my go to places when I just want good food. The Casarrecia Pollo Picante dish is my absolute favourite - cannot recommend it enough. They also have a variety of yummy desserts. Win-Win!

Zizzi has got to be one of my best restaurants I have gone to . Before this pandemic existed I would sit in and it would always be nearly instant service. Even when it was busy. The food was ordered and out of the kitchen and it tasted amazing! My favourite thing on the menu currently has got to go to the calzone spinaci. The only reason I deducted one star was because the food that is delivered and taken away isn't always up to my expectation for what they normally do. Obviously it cant be its usual due to the pandemic but I feel like it could be slightly better. I would of given a 4.5 rating if I could.

Been here for the first time not too long ago. We came in quite late but the owner allowed us to still order the food and take our time to eat. I think that the restaurant itself does not look special in any way but is just your typical classy restaurant, that does, however in no way make it bad. The prices were reasonable and every member of the group was happy with the quality of the food. Would come visit again.

Having been to non tourists areas in Northern Italy I can honestly say this place was fantastic. On the Friday evening we went they had three courses for £15 and they were not small size portions! And their pizza is genuinely the closest I have found in the UK to a genuine Italian pizza. Excellent customer service by the staff, efficient and friendly :)

Food Quality: Average / Poor / Nothing special A couple of months ago (I go about once a quarter) I would have said Excellent to probably the best place to go for Pizza. Now, I wouldn't recommend. Value for money: Poor £60-70 family of 4, two courses and you get the usual tip begging from the chip and pin machine. Sadly if you want to go anytime a normal family eats you will not get many offers at all. Front House / Waiting Staff: Excellent Staff clearly are superb, professional and have been all working there for years. Atmosphere: Excellent Always warm, buzzing and lots of smiles. Was no different this time. After years of coming here, because lets face it Aberdeen is poor overall to take the family anywhere decent, sadly Zizzi's joins the list of places to not go / avoid, but only based on the food. If you are only out once this month and you want it to be dependable, avoid. I recommend the management look heavily into quality of every meal before it leaves the kitchen; definitely not up to spec tonight.

A great meal,the brushetta tasted great and the balsamic caramelized onions on the garlic bread were wonderful. My two year old loved her pizza from the kids menu and covered herself in stickers kindly provided with the colours and kids scribble menu. The rustic Sofia pizza is lovely though much bigger than I expected.

Good for my gluten free and dairy free requirements! I really enjoy the gluten free pizza with dairy free mozzarella alternative. And the gluten and dairy free chocolate tart for dessert is amazing! I like the honey comb pieces that come when you order a coffee, and there are some good red wine options. I had the organic one last time and it was lovely.

I'm gluten dairy onion and garlic intolerant and the staff here couldn't be more helpful. For once eating out I wasn't made to feel like a nuisance and I could mix and match to get a dish that suited me. Not the cheapest place to eat but for me to be able to have a "normal" meal with family was so worth it. Thank you.

Dropped in for a quite bite one evening while working in Aberdeen. The whole centre was really busy and all the restaurants seemed packed - we saw free tables in here so went for it. It might be advisable to book ahead if you're planning at eating in any of the places in Union Square - they have cheap parking - £1 after 6pm. Service was quick and attentive, and the food, while unspectacular was reliably tasty.

Loved the Italian Hot Pizza lunchtime pizza. Great sausage, good pepperoni, mozzarella, basil, and jalapeños. Ask for plenty of Parmesan from your server. Goes well with the Peroni beer. Good friendly service. Fine price.

Its ok. I've eaten here quite a few times although the food can sometimes be decent other times it feels overpriced and tastes of nothing. Had a gnocchi starter which was awful and extremely expensive, you get 6 gnocchi in a really thick double cream sauce and supposedly gorgonzola, tasted of nothing apart from cream, I think it was around 5 pounds. Then had a sea bass which was ok although again, you don't get much for what you pay and when you do it's not that tasty. Feels like another Pizza Express imitator. The wine was terrible too.
