A. C. H. P.Hello. We called in to this branch of KFC as we were hungry and wanted some deep fried chickeny goodness. Ordered on the frustrating touch screen ordering device and awaited out food. It is a small branch of kfc and so it was quite busy and a little crowded. We gathered our food and headed upstairs to the seating area. Here's a word of warning. Hold on to the handrail as you go up and down the stairs. The floor was incredibly slippery. I guess the chicken grease helped lubricate the floor tiles. Anyway, we made it up stairs without any serious injuries and found ample seating for us to enjoy. The order wasn't complete and so I went back downstairs to collect the drinks that was missing. The young man didn't believe me and asked to see my receipt as evidence. Even after studying the receipt and even bringing our order up on his screen he was a little reluctant to hand over the bottle of orange juice that he had missed out from the order originally. At least it gave my food time to cool down whilst I waited...
Anyway, the food was standard kfc, the floors were very greasy but the toilets were clean.

K. C.A rather small branch of KFC, but a very handy place in the middle of town. I come here often and the one thing I noticed almost every time is the rather slow service. This is by no means a criticism of the staff as the food is always warm and fresh and the restaurant is always clean. The staff are also friendly and helpful. It seems just that they are terribly understaffed sometimes with only one person preparing orders and manning the till at the same time. The lack of someone responsible for cleaning and tables all the time is also probably why the upstairs seating section is never open and the bathrooms are request only. As I said - though the restaurant is understaffed and wait times can be long the food has never disappointed compared to other larger KFCs I have been to. If you're in a rush you're probably better off going somewhere else, but if not, it's a safe bet.

K. S.Hit and miss, some days this place is exceptional. Other days its awful. They seem to have a huge staff turn over. Good staff seem to leave. Possibly poor management. Which is a shame because on the days they get it right KFC while being really naughty junk food is absolutely delicious. Biggest issues come from orders not filled correctly (check before you leave to avoid rage and dissatisfaction) cold food seems a reoccurring issue. Staff cleaning the grill at 7.30 when they close at 11 and then refusing to do anything grilled after that not so fantastic if you finish work at 8 and just want a nice hot grilled wrap. They offer you a cold one and act like that's ok. Very accessible, changing facilities for babies. Could work on cleanliness.

I was the only person waiting for an order so there is no excuse for the undercooking of the chips. As it was so quiet, I assume the chicken must have been standing for some time. Very disappointed.

S. A.I am 19-years-old so I do not know much about 'good food', but what I do know is that at KFC in Aber ALL of the staff are extremely friendly. The food that they serve is hot and not "stale" as one other reviewer had said it is. You will never have to wait long EVEN at peak times, 3-5 minutes at the most!

L. H.The best fancy restaurant in Aberystwyth, me and my date Zinzan go there for a nice posh chicken dinner. We usually drown the meat down with an exquisite cup of Pepsi Cola. Unfortunately there is no Mountain Dew or Doritos, maybe they should consider making Dorito Chicken Burrito. I rate 5/5 would eat chicken again.

When it’s hit it’s wonderful, when miss while never inedible just luke warm and dull. Anyhow visited here for my first KFC this year Thursday 10th Sept and it was probably the best KFC I’ve ever had! And I’ve had A LOT, here and in the US. Piping hot and delicious! Lovely large bits of meaty juicy chicken cooked perfectly & even their fries! Which are nice freshly cooked, who knew?! Plus the staff were smily and really friendly and kept my bag safe for an hour when like a moron I walked out without it!
