Good Value Buffet, Decent variety all freshly cooked in batches so replenished regularly. 2 soup and variety of starters and a choice of around eight main courses with two types of noodles and chips or salt and pepper chips and rice three ways. And a few deserts.

Food good although buffet style. Unfortunately not every dish available all the time. At the point we went for starters there was only soup available no food in the starter dishes. Similar happened when we went for the mains, dishes were not replenished regularly. (Couple on the next table also commented on this to). Place needs a good overhaul ....staff pleasant and prices good..

Its been years since I have been to the Panda Garden but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. Don't expect too much from the surroundings (the decor is the same as from many years ago and the layout, tables etc simple but functional). If you want a down to earth restaurant with a good Chinese buffet, the Panda Garden will be perfect for you..

Excellent, friendly service. Moderate cost & good selection from clean, refreshed, heated buffet. Labels could be clearer. Toilets are upstairs with no disabled ones visible. Wheelchair access step free. 5th star missing because of toilet facilities. Sheltered bus stop outside on Duke Street. Car parking nearby

We walked in without a reservation not knowing it would be so busy on a Thurs evening, the staff happily found us a table. We were visiting the local area and discovered this place. The food was stunning, so much flavour in every dish and always plenty. Would definitely recommend!

Barrow's 'all you can eat' Chinese buffet. Food is reasonable quality and usually has plenty of options available. There is a mix of starters and main dishes with limited desserts. Plenty of accompanying rice, salt and pepper chips etc. Staff are attentive and prices at good value.

As we had both been working we arrived about 20 minutes before the 9.30pm closing but they were still happy to accommodate us even though this meant the staff working until after 10pm. The food was amazing and as most of the buffet had been cleared they cooked everything fresh for us. The service was exceptionally good, warm and friendly. Thankyou soo much Panda Garden. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is really good value for money and it's an all u can eat. It's constantly busy from the moment the doors open to when they shut. Just wish it was open slightly longer so I could go after school. :)

Been a huge fan of Panda Garden for many years. Seen owner changes at least twice. Although the food is as glorious as ever and at £6.90 now.. when it was £5 during the day..its still excellent value for money. Only one fault. We ..Myself and my wife enjoy the Chinease tea. It used to be loose tea and now in a T-bag which is tasteless. Have mentioned to the owners several times..yest they still insist in using bags. The other and final fault is..and heard many complain so not on our own here..is the pricing structure. Although there are different prices..but you pay the price in the time zone when ypu leave..so if you go in at £6.90 and leave when it's £10.90 you pay the dearest.

Very tasty meal, superb value combined with helpful staff who reserved a table for us would advise pre booking as we phoned and booked early (they had to turn people away walking in off the street as it was full)

A cheap all you can eat that has some pretty good food! Not the greatest quality of course for the price, but the drinks were pretty reasonable considering it's an all you can eat establishment
