First time trying Proper Filling for a quick bit of lunch as we stayed locally and the falafel wraps were nice with the falafel itself being tasty and good quality. The coffee was also really nice and not too strong (just as we like it).

Fabulous and large chicken salads. I stock up for dinner as well...delicious and nutritious. Also great variety....wish it was open on weekends.

Myself and my colleagues work in bae so this shop is ideal, the food is beautiful, fresh, hot and very tasty, the staff are polite and chatty and very helpful but the best thing about proper filling is the milkshakes OMG they are to die for... you have to try!!
