Food was great, delivery arrived when they said and although there was a small discrepancy with the order a quick call to there staff had it sorted within 10 mins back at my door. Cant fault at all.

Ordered a £15 food, came little late like usual but that not the problem, this time I give the driver £20, I should have £5 back, but the driver doesn't have £5 on them, so they said gonna deliver other orders first then come back later, waited around over 1 hours, still didn't come back to me, I don't want to make this into a big trouble but please if you genuinely forgotten to come back is fine, but if you just taken the £5 and disappear that different kind of problem

Just ordered for 1st time and had fish n chips with a side of coleslaw a tub of curry sauce and some pickles and it was amazing and the quickest delivery iv had thanks 😊

Amazing takeaway. The pizzas!!! They are delish and not like a standard takeaway they're so fresh and tasty and top quality. My husband said the donner kebab is the best he has had and its so tasty and fresh.

Best service. Best food. It's a wee gem of a chippy/kebab shop I have found. All food is gorgeous and succulent. Especially the chicken kebab and burgers. The pizzas are fenominal too. My boy always orders their fish and chips and wont get it from anywhere else. Go Maz!!

Great wee chippy, food is really good but what really let it down was the fact I pre ordered on just eat for collection, was given the time, went for that time and was told, in not the nicest of ways, to wait in the queue like everyone else. What's the point in arranging to collect and finding that nothings made and you need to wait like everyone else. Shocking way to run that service!

Food is good and piping hot ,last week my husband stumbled and fell outside shop and theorder scattered all over the road ,while 2 people helped my husband an assistant from shop came out cleared up the scattered food and handed my husband a replacement order free of charge ,I'm sure this deserves another 5 stars ,so a massive thank you ,brilliant customer service

Very hit or miss with the quality of the food. Sometimes you get excellent food but more often than not it isn't really that good. I've had the odd great pizza with chip shop foods but more often the food has not been that great. The chip shop food just too greasy and the chips like cardboard. Fish batter is more like rubber than batter most of the time. The pizzas, kebabs and burgers all tend to be very good. Just really let down by the chip shop side of things.

The fish and chips is not bad from my point of veiw. Low amount of food for that money regarding the quality (the taste). The staff is nice and I can see that they are very busy .

The West End Fryer the best takeaway establishment in west lothian. Chips are always perfect as is the rest of the fried food. Pizza's are award winning!! They also serve a huge selection of burgers Kebabs and other tasty goodies. The service is relatively fast considering how busy it gets. My favourite chippy.

Timed Delivery late 20 min + ma cheeseburgers had no salad in them, wasn't bothered to send them back and wait pure starving probably at least another 20 min when the shop is just 3 min. away.
