Marriage vows under COVID!! I'm not sure the experience would have been the same under 'normal' conditions? The staff were friendly, professional and efficient... maybe my only comment would be 'a little too efficient' as it did feel a little rushed. This was not ever meant to be our main event (which should have happened the day after.. but new regulations put paid to that for 2020) - but we had to rearrange plans quickly! None of that is the staff's fault and overall, they did a great job. By the way...when you walk out the back - there is a delightful tree-lined path which we found great for photos. :-)

Maxine & Sam are a power duo. They were extremely Friendly, professional staff whom portrayed excellent service. One of my relatives could not speak English very well but they were so accommodating and warm hearted that, it put him at ease. The Ceremony room was very clean, light & airy. The Ceremony itself was simple and beautiful. If you are looking to use a Register Office in Bedfordshire look no further than the Ampthill Office. Why spend lots of money on a venue, when you can let Maxine & Sam at Ampthill Register Office handle your civil ceremony needs :) P.S Maxine & Sam work on Mondays

Maxine, Sam and other registrars were so helpful. Nothing was ever too much, they were always available where possible to help with any queries I had. Not forgetting the receptionist who was so very helpful. This made my wedding day the the best day so far. The room was Covid friendly, just so perfect. Thank you all so very much Lyn Smith
