J. S.I used to run a burger joint in london that was considered a heavy hitter so I was keen to order from here and I was pleasantly surprised. Initially I wasn’t sure because the concept is a little confusing, my thought process was, it’s sounds like Escobar, is it Colombian? Then I saw Jamaican colours, certain letters are capitalised, one of menu items is a london postcodes (NW5), their website doesn’t explain the concept either, eventually After a bit of Googling I realised it’s link is Ska music. I don’t see much Jamaican influence on the menu though. It’s all a bit confusing. The pictures of the food on their website menu aren’t great either, which is a shame because people love gnarly pictures of burgers. All of that to one side, the food itself is decent. I had the “Bang Bang chicken Chicken Can Can” It’s big and messy, but the flavours were great with the Chinese slaw, katsu sauce, 2 x piece of chicken thigh in Panko. My girlfriend had the double cheeseburger which she really enjoyed. We shared a loaded fries, the fries were well cooked, just wanted more flavour from the cheese sauce but it was good overall. Would order again and was were really happy with the food.

The burgers are next level flavouring. The only downfall is they don’t deliver to Flitwick and picking up the food is a little awkward because of the location.

Couldn’t order from elsewhere this eve so tried this place the burgers are amazing I had the bang bang chicken son Had Bombay bhuna hubby had our house and the rest double cheeseburgers all utterly delicious and chips are crispy and seasoned well.
