Just returned from having a great family dinner at Hucks, Woburn. It was a perfect ending to an equally great holiday. The food was amazing and spectacularly presented. Very generous portions, in fact so big we couldn’t manage a dessert! which looked awesome. The brownies looked delicious! However what made the the dining experience so good was Josh, our superb waiter! Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to him and the chef team! Will recommend visiting highly!

Very tasty chicken wings, strong taste and juicy chicken texture not dry. Well done onion rings where its a mix of filling and an onion which doesn’t come out its batter! Classic Standard but tasty chips! Nothing special but cooked correctly. Burger was decent. A little dry on the inside, has juices but perhaps cooked slightly too well done! Overall a satisfying experience just a little on the pricy side… could be cheaper but you are paying inside a Centre Parcs meaning it is probably expected to cost a premium.

We didn't have a booking but a welcoming member of staff was kindly able to get us seated right away. Service was excellent, and most importantly so was the food! A great tasting and perfectly cooked burger and chips, the price wasn't too bad either. If staying in the Woburn resort I'd highly recommend a visit here.

Lovely meal at Huck’s, the food was delicious and presented nicely. Our waitress was really friendly too. The only downside was that they were a bit slow to clear empty plates, but other than that a lovely meal and well worth the price.

The type of food that I always think I will really enjoy and then don't really. I had the pork rib as a main and burnt ends to start. The latter wasn't caramelised enough for my liking and was actually quite fatty. They have a good selection of draught beers and other drinks. Our server was very nice but clearly quite inexperienced and managed to drop food and drink over us a few times. Incredibly expensive as well.

Lovely and clean restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. The Nachos with Brisket Beef were some of the best we've ever had. The restaurant is so well themed and they show some great classic family friendly movies on large screens. The Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand wine was delicious and the great access to the park for our 8 and 10 year old, while we could sit and see them playing between courses, was a welcome bonus for all.

Firstly, thanks to Shelby for her excellent and attentive service tonight. Best we’ve had so far while staying here. I didn’t particularly enjoy my food or drinks tonight but my family did, so I think three stars is fair. Not for me, but might be for you. Sort of American style food, but extremely expensive for what it is. We had the ribs, and they cost nearly £20. Pay that in London and you’ll get some extremely tasty ribs, but these were just OK. Seasoned fries were very nice, as was the BBQ sauce. The salmon also went down well and the nachos were passable (stingy on the pulled beef though - could barely find any). Kids enjoyed it, so maybe it’s that sort of level. Nice that there’s a play area outside too (with heaters should you desire).

I had dinner here while staying at centre parks and the food was lovely (great chips!) but wanted to give a shout to our lovely waitress Meg who looked after us when we were in a hurry to get to bowling. She was super patient and friendly (when I was a bit short), my bad, so she is a credit to your restaurant and a fantastic human being.

Visited tonight with the family. Greeted by a miserable woman on front of house. Once seated were served by Sharon who was absolutely lovely. Food was delicious and tasted fresh. Only issue was we had somebody different bringing the food out, so we ended up with Food before drinks, and mains before the table was cleared. I can look over that and give a 5 because the Food was ace and Sharon was brilliant!

2017: Standard American diner type affair that is great for the kids but also adults (mainly due to the soft play area to provide some respite). Service was a little slow as it was very busy but the kids buffet allows the little tykes to get on with it.. if you going to Center Parcs then it is worth a visit. Cost for lunch (fajitas, fillet steak, Half roast chicken and fish and a burger + 4 kids meals) for 4 adults and 4 kids with soft drinks was £100. 2022: Had a 20:45 booking but the kitchen shut at 21:00, so all far too rushed but fajitas were decent.

Really enjoyed our meal here. For 3 alcoholic drinks and 1 soft drink, a main each, 3 desserts, and 3 sides, and the gratuity the total was £160, which I'd easily pay in the centre of Manchester for a similar meal. Food tasted great, and while there was 1 mistake with my friend's main it was resolved straight away. Really great night and service.

A great place to enjoy food and time, staff there tend to be friendly and flexible. It was my wife’s birthday and we were served by Grace a very lovely, kind and generous lady. I believe she made my wife’s birthday special by adding her personal touch on our order. Thanks a lot Grace for your creativity which has drawn that smile on our face.

The food is decent and tasty, but just a tad expensive for what it is. Can easily find a tier up in terms of quality for the same price in central London, for example. The service could use some improvement: we went twice, and both times we had to request napkins and cutlery, and both times we waited ages to be served (sat outside, even though they seated us there, they seemingly forgot to serve us!).

Well, what can I say. A weekend with great weather and even greater company. The star of the show, however, was the night we spend at the Hucks. On the whole food great but service so slow and the place wasnt even half full. Time from being seated to taking order 20 mins. Time from taking order to drinks arriving another 20 mins. Time to food arriving after drinks arrived... a further 25mins. Staff very pleasant but delay, with two hungry kids bordered on unbearable. When food did arrive it was great. Steak cooked perfectly to order. Such a shame it took so long...

Second visit confirms to be an amazing food place. The rack of ribs was perfectly cooked, meat strips of the bone, melting in your mouth. The salmon was perfectly cooked and presented as well. Thet offer a few draft and bottled beers, and the New York Cheesecale dessert was wonderful!

The food was excellent; tasty and portions were good size...but the factor that sealed the deal was the service. We were served by Sukoluhle who was extremely attentive, helpful and oozing with positivity, not to mention having an absolutely infections laugh. If everyone in the service industry had her attitude and spirit, the world would be a significantly better place for everyone. You can rarely say that you are happy to pay for service, but it's easy when the service is straight from the highest of top drawers. Give her a pay rise yesterday, Huck!

We ate here on New Year's Day in the evening. As expected it was very busy and they seemed pretty short-staffed - everyone running all over the place, felt very sorry for them. As a group of 12 we were on a long table - which was the case everywhere we'd eaten throughout our Center Parcs holiday - but it was impossible here to talk to anyone at the other end as it was so loud. We were offered either table service or use of a QR code on the menu. I'd have been happy to do the latter but most were more comfortable with table service and it was really very good overall considering the ground the staff were covering. Our drinks orders were taken and delivered promptly as were starters. The nachos are a great and sizeable starter - I'd happily have them as a main. Garlic bread went down really well with our 7 year old! Mains took a while to arrive but were really good when they did. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone. Not sure if I was just lucky but mine were very meaty. Partner's burger was great too. Our 9 year old declared her chicken nuggets "the best ever" and 7 year old enjoyed her pasta, though the serving was really quite small (though do bear in mind said 7 year old can eat an adult's portion of pasta with ease :D). We didn't stay for dessert as we'd waited so long for our mains, but honestly it was understandable - as I say, staff seemed thin on the ground and were doing the best they could. All in all the food was good, the atmosphere was lively and the kids enjoyed their meals (as did we!). Couldn't ask for more.

Had such a lovely dinner at Huck’s tonight! The restaurant is really child welcoming let alone friendly. There is list of spaces for prams and high chairs near tables etc which made life so much easier. Our waitress Sharon was so friendly and helpful. She talked to our children and they really engaged with her. Couldn’t ask for better service. The food was great too. I also went in the toddler area of the soft play and I am impressed with how clean it is. Had a great dinner and will hopefully be back before we leave!

Great last meal to finish our 5 day stay in Centre Parcs Wooburn. The 2 grandkids had a burger meal & desert, and were suitably entertained in the adjacent soft play area. Good varied selection of starters, mains & deserts to choose from at reasonable prices. Quick service & very pleasent attentive staff. Very enjoyable eating experience.

The extended family attended Huck's for a birthday treat. The kids were happy in the soft play area and with their food however those that had chips with their meal were unable to eat them as they were extremely salty. The fajitas were good though.

Their "mac and cheese" was the worst part of my CenterParcs experience. It was plain noodles with a light sprinkling of cheese on top, thrown in the oven for a minute, there was no sauce or flavor to be found. The fajitas were good and my family enjoyed the burgers and ribs they had, but all of us who ordered the mac and cheese were disappointed and none of us finished our (small) portions.

The waitress was nice but that's about it. Children's buffet was very messy, bowls almost empty. My 10 year old son ordered grilled chicken breast. It was tasty but half way through it he noticed it was undercooked. Blood still visible... Also, the place wasn't very busy but we had to wait quite a while for food. We were a little disappointed.

We really enjoyed the food here, chicken burger with fries and slaw, could have done with a little more slaw or I should've ordered a side salad. The burger was really tasty as it's made with chicken thighs, not the breast. We ordered a cola float and it was nice they gave us complementary water when we didn't even ask for it. The service from Sharon was excellent! She's a real credit to the company, very friendly, helpful and explaining perfectly to help us with our order.

Typical Diner fare, burgers, ribs, mac'n cheese etc service was good, I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a diet so for me personally, not the sort of place you'd go frequently because of the limited choices. Good atmosphere though, great for the family. One of our party has a nut allergy and they really were very good at taking care of here requirements.

We had small children with us who needed a gallon of water to cope with all the salt. I might suggest that chips from the kiddies menu are cooked separately and maybe with no salt? I know that having chips is a conscious choice but as they are on the menu there should be a bit more control over the amount of salt

I'd love to give a 4 or even 5 star but it fell a little short. The food was great, everyone enjoyed it. Unfortunately the portion size was not what was expected, the large Nacho's for starter were about the size of a normal bag of crisps, and the smokehouse platter.... 2 of the smallest ribs I've ever seen, and the pork, beef and chicken portions were only just over bite sized, even the slaw tubs were only half filled. Sensible size portions and this place would be fantastic..

Honestly it was disappointing. We've been to various restaurants during out stay at Center Parcs and all exceeded my expectations except Hucks. The food was just OK but tables around us remained uncleared throughout our visit. It didn't appear to be overly busy but there wasn't enough staff to cope with the diners that were there. overall, food was nice if quite expensive. I ordered a cheeseburger but had to send it back as there was barely a slither of cheese on it. My dad ordered a Sirloin steak but there was a lot of fat on it. Rest off the meals were ok, so why 5 stars? Well thing is, we're all humans, we made mistakes and although the food wasn't perfect, they refunded the cost of the steak even though he had still eaten almost all of it and they added an extra layer of cheese for me at no extra cost. In summary, nice food, a little expensive but fantastic customer service, will definitely visit again.

This was the first time visiting hucks as in the past the restaurant was full when we tried to walk up. We pre booked this time (2 adults and a toddler). The food was really quick and we really enjoyed the meal. For the little one we did the buffer which included a buffet plate, drink and desert which he absolutely loved. They have an indoor play area which is great and kept him busy while waiting for the food. They also have an outdoor area which had some really good bits to it. I have been to Hucks at Woburn Center Parcs and it has always been good until the last visit. They have had a change of menu, reducing the choice quite a bit so we couldn't order what we were looking forward too so we tried some of the new things like the flat iron cut of steak the menu was promoting, it was alright but nothing special. The staff seemed distant and inattentive.

There just seems to be quite a decline in food quality and I would not recommend coming here at all, considering you're paying around £70 for 2 people, I'd rather go to harvester quite frankly. 4/10 however service staff were lovely and I wouldn't like this review to reflect on them

Definitely the place to go for a burger and some cheesy chilli chips, all the food was quick and hot. Only down side of you want a hot dog which my wife does then your out of luck but the kids buffet has them which the waiter sneakily gave is a spare plate to go and get one! They soft play inside and a massive outdoor play area which you can play in even if your not eating there round the back. Cost wise it wasn't anymore money then going to a budget food chain, unlike some of the other places in center parcs. We ate there twice were we loved it so much!

Huck's is definitely the best place to eat at Center Parcs! The menu serves famous American classics, from burgers to steaks. You can also have fajitas and macaroni and cheese. The fajitas are probably my favourite item on the menu, and you can choose from vegetables, steak or chicken as your filling. My only criticism is that there aren't enough wraps to use up all of the filling since they are quite small, and we didn't get the guacamole we were promised. The burgers are okay, however they do taste a lot like your average burger at a football ground. The chips can also be too salty. The selection of sides is impressive, and I would recommend the hasselback potato! There is a buffet for children, along with a play area.

It came out pretty quick after that which makes me believe that the food was just sitting there ready to be served but clearly wasn't. If you like American dining , then this is the place for you ... Loud , brash and quick service . Add to that fabulous tasty fries and food cooked just the way you would expect and you have it all . It also has a large play area for the children and a vast bicycle parking area . There is a special childrens menu and an area where they can help themselves to what they desire . A great place to over-indulge .

If you have children, this is the best place to eat simply because the soft play is huge and they put on computer games to keep the older children occupied. The food is not great but typical American diner, over priced because its inside Center Parcs. But nether the less we ate here twice due to the facilites.

While some might argue that American food is calorific, Their calories come with tones of flavor. Hucks not so much. Soft play is weak. Out door playground is ace gains 2 stars for that.
