K.This is the only kfc I will use the others fall short of the standards of this takeaway....their chicken is far superior than the other kfcs Its never dripping with grease like it is at the filthy place at the interchange...Kempston kfc is always clean because the staff continually clean as they are working they are always friendly very polite and I genuinely would never go anywhere else but here for kfc.

If you want to order food for yourself either to pick up or deliver they are the most quickest restaurant in Bedford. The food is always warm and always fresh I would recommend this place for everybody to please get you a KFC from this restaurant

Had a mega box on the most recent visit. Service was quick, not particularly friendly though, and the piece of chicken was very dry.

S. B.The staff are friendly enough and the service is pretty quick. It isn’t a massive restaurant so there isn’t a huge amount of seating, but what there is is clean. It’s a shame the same can’t be said about the toilets which could do with an uplift and a clean to match the modern feel of the rest of the place. Overall it’s fine for what it is.

However, the other day, it was spot on. It's convenient if u want your food qwik time but just be carefull, because your order total can qwikly add up to a big amount. I wish they'd do more options with their salads. If they did this, I might be more inclined to visit the outlet more than other retailers.
