Very good food and drinks, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious and the cocktail pitcher was tasty yet strong. The service was super fast and the waitress was attentive and friendly. Great price, super cheap, only 40 pound for two entrees and a cocktail pitcher. Lots of spacious indoor seating.

Great food, great music & atmosphere, very helpful & friendly staff who were able to advise of the ingredients and adapt our choice to a gluten-free meal. Both Kids and adult meals (a lot of places I've been only have adult Gluten free meals!) This was not an issue for Blue Chicago; I can't wait until we return.

Called on a Friday the place was packed. Staff friendly and courteous. We got a table pretty and waitress took our drinks order and when she came with them took our food order. We didn't have to wait too long for it to be served. Would have no reservations about returning. Kitchen staff need to be singled out for their hard work. Great job guys

I've been here on quite a few occasions over a couple of years. It's got much better. Even the same food is better. Service is great. I was there last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. 4 children and 4 adults. A table no problem.

I've been here few times have to say this place seems to be hit, miss at times used to be really good especially there baugars but last few times I've been here last couple of months there food as gone down hill unfortunately nothing wrong with there service staff are friendly enough it's just there food seems not up to standard as blue chicago used to be don't no if its change off chefs r what?? But yeah I've given 3 stars review all because there baugars seem dryed out over cook at times I think little more attention to detail what be needed for the chef's as they seem to be getting youngr maybe not experienced enough??? Don't know but I really do like there chunky chips can't go wrong with them lol so I only think it's fair to give 3star review as I think there is room for improvement 👍👍

Service was very nice and professional, however beef and bird sizzling was below expectations and pretty cold when served. My wife's New Yorker was good, nothing special either. I'll be back there only if I'm very hungry without having other options.

Place is good, although the food portions are too big. Got the lasagne and it had the ability to feed a whole family, a big plate with a huge bit of food on it. Very expensive too, majority the food had to go into a dog box to take home, next time I might just get a chip and a small portion of something else.

Great staff, food and seating. The only complaint I would have is that the music is very loud which makes it hard to have conversation. It used to be played at a lower volume so not sure why the change? It wouldn't stop me going back. The portions are large but half portions can be requested or take home box for left overs.

It was a scorcher of a day and having just played eighteen holes of crazy golf we needed food and a cool drink. The restaurant was half full and we were shown straight to a table. The young man who looked after us was very friendly and helpful. I had the chilli chicken, my son had the pizza and my partner had peppered chicken. We decided just to go with water due to the heat. Our wait was short and our food arrived quickly. I can honestly say in all our times eating at the blue Chicago restaurants we have never had a bad experience and today was not going to be any different. The food was great and we will return.

Food is good, but not great. Menu is quite large and varied enough, but food was just quite average. Piri piri chicken didn't really taste like any piri piri chicken I'd ever tasted and while it was nice enough it was quite heavily covered in batter. Garlic herb diced potatoes also were not very garlicy. Overall the service was very good, so no complaints there. Fine for a decent meal out.

Brother restaurant of Wolfes, sister restaurant of Sugar Rays... Something like that, but this place is a pretty cool diner style spot with an extensive menu from burgers, chicken stacks, fish and chips, lasagne and pimped up fries. New Yorker burger with pepper sauce, really good, and the Porkie fries came with loads of pulled pork, cheese, and a Southwest style sauce. Big portions, good quality, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced and attentive staff. Doesn't disappoint.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is dim but design is ok. The menu is as you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Portion sizes are way too big. The pulled pork sandwich could have happily fed three. Chicken goujons with pour over sweet chilli sauce also too much. Tasty enough for what it was but you'd feel ill if you ate it all. This is not an unusual complaint these days.

First time, and sadly the last. There were a lot of flies, which made trying to eat a constant fly swat between mouthfuls. My daughter's food arrived with a hair on it, and the staff were quick to take it back and bring a fresh plate out, but it put my daughter off the meal. The music was quite loud and made conversation difficult. The seating is benches and they are uncomfortable, so if you have any spine or hip problems it makes sitting comfortably impossible.

Blues Chicago has to be my most visited place for dinner, no matter how busy these guys are.... They are always professional, with staff who are pleasant and welcoming. Never a bad meal either with amazing food and they pile the plate!

It was very busy when we visited on a Saturday evening, so we had a 15 min wait for a table, which was fine. We had an absolutely lovely meal, nachos to share and two different chicken burgers with garlic saute potatoes as a side with soft drinks. Located at Eastpoint, this place is very near to Dundonald Icebowl, bowling and minigolf centre. The food here tasted amazing and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was great and it wasn't too busy so reservations are not always needed. Furthermore, The prices are great as the portions and quality reflect them! I highly recommend going here if you are in the area and the sister restaurants (Binky's and Sugar Ribs) alongside Wolfies at Eastpoint are just as good. There's a place to eat here for everyone.

This is a really nice American Diner place serving amazing and delicious foods. The jackfruit starters are really good but not the same with crispy chicken starters which is average. The main course with the vegeterian foods and the meats menu is really great. The santa Fe served is very good. Finally the hot chocolate brownie with ice-cream is the show stopper. Definitely recommended. *************** 24th Jun 2023 Visited it recently and the food quality is really good still but ordered cornpepper sauce as a side and a wee cup costs 2.50 which is a bit excessive I thought. Only noticedd as it added fiver extra in my bill so something to be aware of 😁

Absolutely loved it. The food was soo good and there was a lot of it, you will definitely not be able to move after eating here, which to me is a plus 😂. The price is good too, we had 2 starters, 2 mains, 3 drinks and a coffee for £35. The waiters/waitresses were really nice as well, very friendly and helpful. Went back for breakfast not that long after having dinner there and it was just as nice and just as good as the evening time. Definitely worth going if you are looking for good food and a good atmosphere.

Oh what to say about the Blue Chicago Grill - my most favourite steak place around? Whenever I go there I order steak with peppercorn sauce & fries. It is so good and I always order extra sauce, because everything tastes better with this peppercorn sauce. They also have a vegetarian menu, which my friend enjoys a lot as well. His favourite so far was a lovely veggy burger. And their deserts are nice as well. I can also reccomend the mushrooms for starters and the camenbert cheese is lovely too. Everyone I brought there to try the food so far, loved it - and it gave me the oportunity to try other dishes as well without having to order something else than my steak :D and I did like everything The only thing that might be a let down is that it is always quite loud, because people keep trying to talk over the music which is turned up a bit too much

We had a great meal here last night. The service was fantastic. Jackson and his team made us feel very welcome. Love Blue Chicago the food is outstanding. When my friend and I arrived there was a bit of a queue but it didn't take long for us to be seated. Food was ok - small quantities, chicken dry as a bone - they can do better than a dry chicken breast with cold melted cheese and a piece of bacon + completely dry tobacco onions - have we not moved on from this? 🤣 no better than say a Weatherspoons but over twice the price. Plus it was everything they could do to get us out - my son was still chewing when they whipped his plate away. Certainly won’t be back there again. 👎🏼
