1. I have fancied Bob's Hot Chocolate Abundant whipped cream, marshmallows and appropriate chocolate base are scrumptious. 2. There are enough seats and they are cozy and comfortable. 3. Team members are accommodating. 4. It reminds me the Pudding Pantry located in Nottingham, England so if someone maybe misses Nottingham, I recommend to visit here.(?!)

I have eaten here most times I have been in Belfast in the last couple of years and what stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Streets ahead of anywhere else in terms of service, which is efficient even at peak times. Amazing selection of food, and it's very tasty - what more do you want? 😋

Pretty cool place, incredibly busy but the staff were so helpful and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for a table which was great. I would have preferred to have a menu on the table rather than having to read it at the counter which was awkward. We got the pancakes which were very nice but they're called stacks and there was only 2pancakes. Quite expensive for two pancakes. Would consider going back to try something else.

Today was the first time going into Bob & berts and i really liked it i had a pumpkin latte with cream and a cherry scone and it was delicious, it cost £6.40 but thats normal price everywhere now.

Was really surprised! Lovely place to come for proper food and a nice coffee. Friendly staff, maybe a little “green”, but very polite and speedy service . Prices are absolutely right for the city centre and the quality of food. It cost ~£5 for smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and home made wheaten bread, that’s very reasonable. Also, lovely comfy sofas! We will be back for sure.

One of my must eating spots in Belfast for breakfast, lunch or brunch. A great selection of food, specialising in fried breakfasts, deli sandwiches and burgers. Price is very reasonable. A good place to catch up with friends in proximity to town. Never too busy, but seating may be limited at weekends during the lunch rush. Plenty of charging ports available. Most importantly, staff are always notably friendly and helpful.

I just want to share an amazing experience I had at Bob and berts belfast city centre! Just wow! I served by the lovely ladies Lydia, Seon and Catherine. They were fabulous, they matched my energy flawlessly, cool, calm and collected!! I will definitely be returning!! (Only as long as these legends are here though otherwise I can’t return!) 😂 during the pandemic it’s been really hard to live laugh love to the fullest but these girls brightened up my day perfectly. 5 stars all round!!

Due to having a taxi not turn up to collect me and the next one taking an hour before it would turn up because the company was snowed under. I sought refuge in here, a couple of large coffees later, no cake for me when I'm out sadly, and I was feeling much happier. Add to that the friendly staff and I quite happily recommend here if your in need of a recharge.

Maybe just a very busy Saturday I seemed to have to queue for ages. The staff seemed to be working at full tilt but no one seemed to be getting served and the queue never moved. Beyond that everything was great, the eventual service, coffee quality, toilets etc. One small thing was the absence of prices in the tray bakes.

As soon as you enter you'll notice the huge range of cakes and tray bakes, a range larger than I've ever seen in a cafe. The food is of good quality and at a decent price. The staff were amiable but most of all the seating arrangement is fantastic with the seating booths next to the wall being comfortable with cushions included!

Lovely, fresh food. I would recommend the peanut butter & maple syrup porridge for breakfast. The only negative was my friend’s food came out 5 minutes before mine. Although we had paid separately we had informed them that we were sitting at the same table. Only a minor inconvenience though.

The cleanliness is also an issue, which requires you to sit on tables and clear them yourself, as they aren't cleared in time. Really good food and coffee. I had given up on Bob and Berts, in other branches the pastry and tray bakes went downhill to horrid, hard and dry. Coffee was over heated and flat whites were without foam. My daughters also said same. Ended up in Fountain Street shop as it was meeting someone in town. Really impressed. Service superb, couldn't do enough for me when they spotted my mobility issues. Food was faultless, in good time and price was right. Shop area clean and tidy and toilets lovely and clean. Flat white was more a Cortado, but it was a beautiful Cortado. Will definitely be back in here and will revisit other branches. Daughter has been and enjoyed too.

Never been to a Bob and Bert's before. I take it that it's a chain? Stopped in while in Belfast for an early lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service and then the quality of the food. Nice relaxed atmosphere and we decided to sit at the sofas with the low table. Booths and outdoor seating are also available. I can highly recommend the chicken burger, the pulled pork and the strip steak sandwich. The sides of onion rings, mac n cheese bites and sweet potato chips are all top notch too. They even had irn-bru extra. For anyone from outside the country when you get to the front of the queue when the server says "what about che" it means both Good day and what would sir/madam like to order? Just go and enjoy.

Trying to find anywhere open in town on a Sunday morning can be a nightmare. Thankfully with this place opening not too long ago, it means you can head out for a good breakfast. It's much bigger than their locations on the Lisburn Road and Stranmillis (the ones I' familiar with). The menu selection is great if you're in a group and everyone wants something different. Just be advised if you're driving in to town early on a Sunday morning, you probably won't find a parking space nearby, but if you're staying in town and wondering where to get your brekkie, it's a good option.
