It was a good experience for once but I don’t think that I’ll visit it again because there is nothing special about their food. My dish was dry so I added the hot sauce for extra price. Anyways very friendly staff and great service.

Huge menu with lots of options, burgers, chicken, pasta, pizza, they have something for everyone. The drinks were delicious, we got red wine, aperol spritz, and a martini. The pasta was delicious and the chicken sandwich was phenomenal. The cheesy garlic bread is a great appetizer. The server was attentive and friendly and everyone came out fast.

The food was great. The roast beef was tender and juicy. The sauce of the baked salmon was extraordinary. The place is child friendly. The kids menu was also the best. The cocktail was good.

Went tonight with friends for a nice dinner and hey this restaurant didn't disappoint. Great service from our waitress. And our steak are perfectly done to our likings. The chef even went out to ask about our dinner. Fantastic experience overall 10+ Stars

Very standard food nothing amazing brisket burger probably the best thing very nice burger and brisket. The chicken wing however where very bland and soggy and pasta lacked much flavour. Wasnt that cheap you can definitely get better for your money.

The special with the slow cooked beef roast was absolutely delicious, tender and perfectly cooked. The sides that came with the Roast were perfect, complimented the dish amazingly. With the quick, friendly and very accommodating staff 10/10 would go again

My brother daughter and I had had a lovely meal here yesterday evening. Staff very friendly, accommodating and the manager could remember that my daughter loves chocolate fudge cake 🍰. Shame we live so far away are we'd be In more often . Will definitely look forward to calling again

We arrived as a large party with no prior notice, we were informed there would be a big of a wait to be able to accommodate us all but were kept informed throughout. Had a fabulous meal with my family at Carlito's. Confused by previous reviews as our experience was fantastic. Staff super friendly & helpful. They went above & beyond to cater for our fussy 8 year old. All of our meals & desserts were delicious! Everything was just perfect. The restaurant was busy but nothing was too much trouble. Took my daughter for an impromptu lunch. She had the pasta carbonara with chicken and I had the chicken burger, a coffee and a kinder Bueno milkshake...£28. I can't complain about anything apart from (if I was being picky), soggy sweet potato fries. It was more than I would usually pay at lunch time but there was plenty of food and it was well presented, tasted good and friendly, attentive waiting staff. A table was leaving when we arrived and no-one else came in while we were there. Strange to see a place so empty and hope trade picks up. Would be happy to recommend to others.

Fabulous meal! I had the peri peri prawns to start, followed by the brisket burger. I will definitely be back again, loving the new menu as a few of my favourite items are back. However next time I’ll definitely be leaving room for dessert. Highly recommended

I found Carlitos to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, very pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and was very comfortable. I ordered the beef burger with beef brisket and my daughter had the peri peri Chicken burger. Both meals were delicious, full of flavour and arrived nice and quickly! The portion was big for me therefore I could not order any of the tempting deserts! I would highly recommend Carlitos, it was great value for money and I will certainly be visiting here again very soon. Well done Carlitos!!!!! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…. Loved it!!!!

Went here for a treat and glad we did, the starter garlic bread pizza was lovely, partner had lasagna which she said was nicest yet I had sweet chilli chicken bit hot but really tasty, had no room for desert lol. Staff were very polite and friendly. Overheard one customer complaining about everything to waitress but when I looked over they all had cleared their plates so couldn't have been that bad. 10 outta 10 I will be back maybe get desert next time.

All the reviews of this place seem so far fetched and wrong. I've been 5 or 6 times and the food is amazing. OK the waiting times can be abit slow but what do you expect when it's busy ? Would recommend definitely.

Ah Carlos. A first class dining experience, with friendly and helpful staff. Always call here when Swimming Championships are on nearby. The food even propels my swimmer to higher achievements. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Pretty decent food. I've only been in before the teatime rush, so can't comment on service. However any of the food, burgers, pasta, chips, desserts, have all been of good quality and of decent size. The bench seating is the best place to sit. The small tables are a bit small and close together, for my liking anyway.

I really enjoyed my meal at Carlitos tonight. I had the peri peri wings to start, so delicious! For my main, I had the carina pizza, perfect base thickness, best pizza I had in a while. We shared the tiramisu for dessert, it was perfect. Will be back very soon.

Went in last night for a Carbonara to take away, waiting time was five minutes which initially didn't concern me however this morning i awoke with food poisoning. Have previously dined here before and ordered the same dish with no problems.

First time going to it, no real issues but service and wait time. Took them about 20 minutes just to come and take drinks order then someone else came along just as we thought they'd ran out of food or something horrible but know they just forgot about us it's ok the food is still there panic over , so orders placed all set ready to go ...... And still waiting ...... And still waiting ... Oh starter arrives nachos were not nachos but the brother of the nacho macho these boys where thick as f##k and hard to eat so left most of them.bar the brisket that was nice .. onto the main let's get this feast underway ... Still waiting still waiting .... Oh it's here in all its awesomeness (empire stack ) great meal ... All in I'm pretty sure I didn't have a beard when I went in but did when I left ... Service badly let's the quality food down ....

Lovely food, the dundonald restaurant is warm, welcoming and has some brilliant staff. Special mention to Laura Moore who was our server, she was brilliant with our autistic son, patient and let him order himself, spoke directly to him. Fantastic restaurant.

Perfect spot for family we have visited more than 6times and alway superb staff and food very good. Def. Recommending probably best in that complex. Other places like blue Chicago if you walk in later in day or close to closing time the staff is swearing and not happy but Carlitos will welcome you with smile on the face. Thanx Guys
