This is a very good place for dining in, if you're in a rush for a film at Odeon above then it could the place to grab a quick bite. The shakes, veggie burger and Cajun fries are really good here. I'd visit here again.

Really tasty food. Could have been a tad warmer but will be good for 99% of people; I just like my food absolutely piping. Good assortment of toppings to choose from and portions are big. A little bacon cheeseburger and regular fries was more than enough to fill me!

First time back at Five Guys in many years. The restaurant was packed with people which could attest to how good the food is - but I wasn't as impressed this time around as I was years ago. The chips were a bit overdone, which was disappointing and the burger was just fine. Not any better than other places I've been. I will say the staff are a credit to this place, keeping the place spotless and cleaning up after other customers - how hard is it to put your rubbish into the bins provided?

Kind of McDonald's for rich spoiled kids after Cinema. Staff is very friendly and the fries are really handmade cut but the Burgers need to improve as only gherkins and meat aren't great and Burger King Miles far better. Also the presentation of the food needs room for improvement but see pictures for yourself. At least they got cherry coke 🍒

Very dear, very fattening a very yummy. Like, come on, it's a burger place really so NOTHING on the menu us gonna be healthy. But the term "so good it's gotta be fattening" rings true here. Food, as far a burger places goes is the among the best in it's range. Price is a bit steep but they have to pay rent in Vistoria Square.

*Every* *Single* Burger tasted great. And every single Burger we had there was different. I cannot understand how people can claim they are below everage and then talk about McDonald's in the next sentence. There is literally no reason to want to eat a burger with a patty as thin and tasty as the sole of a worn out shoe in a place as sticky and dirty as a... McDonald's. Yes it's really expensive, but nobody has to go there everyday.

Very clear signage on how to navigate the restaurant with a very energetic and friendly lobby host who attends to everyone coming in the door, very good at his job. Seating is appropriately spaced with tables and chairs being sanitized as soon as they become free keeping everything safe and moving quickly. Food was amazing, fries and burger freshly cooked to perfection. Looking forward to the next time I pop in for a spontaneous bite to eat!

Excellent service, food and prices. I purchased a regular burger and hot dog, along with fries. The fries were some of the best I’d ever eaten, though they were quite salty which may not be to some people’s taste. They’re cooked in peanut oil too, which supposedly makes them a bit healthier. Some people comment that this place is expensive, but when you compare they quality with McDonalds or Burger King, it’s really not that much more money for the increase in quality.

Unfortunately the place doesn't have any vegan burgers which is not too bad cause their fries are vegan and are amazingly tasty. They have two different flavour options two and complimentary sauces are provided too. I would definitely stop by again if I happen to be close to the place.

Five guys does great fresh burgers that are packed with flavour. They also pile on the great fries so small is more than enough - also try the Cajun fries for no extra cost! Only down side is they are definitely pricey for what is still essentially fast food. I paid around £14 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink so do be warned. Absolutely fine for a treat every now and then but not an affordable lunch! The service is reasonably quick however we did wait a while once though the burger was ready, it just took another 5 mins to pair it with the fries? All round decent experience and I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't go back, but the price does put me off from time to time.

Regularly gets one out of the 4 orders wrong. Person taking the order once argued with me about what I should have in my milkshake for 2 minutes. Cajun chips used to be great but are now almost hollow and very greasy. The burger is super tasty.

Good burgers - but the price is mental! I enjoy a Five Guys but it is definitely a treat purchase. The fries are amazing and I strongly recommend getting the cajun salt over them. The drinks machine is great - you can effectively have any combination of any Coca Cola drink - and they are bottomless. The burgers are great - as good as you are likely to get from any fast food establishment, but the price is crazy high. You'll not have too much change out of £30 when feeding two. In this times of Covid 19 the staff are exceptional, they are running a well managed queue and interior of the restaurant, as soon as someone leaves they are cleaning and sanitising the tables. You need to scan a QR code and fill in your details for Contact Tracing, then you get you table and enjoy your meal. I am happy to say everything is as tasty as it was before Covid and when sitting and enjoying your meal the only noticeable difference is the footfall in the shop is quite low. Well done Five Guys on running and maintaining a good Covid setup. The only negative about this place is you need to remortgage before sitting down to your dinner!

American burger chain. Get a choice of 15 or more garnishes for your burger and choose from 100 soft drinks from the giant coke machines. Best thing about this place are the fries, but avoid them if you're allergic to peanuts as they are cooked in peanut oil. My only slight gripe was that the burgers were a bit under cooked for my taste, but next time I'll just ask for them to be well done.

When ordering its a bit confusing as the place you collect your burger is different to where you get your milkshakes. Really nice burger, asked for small chips but recieved loads. Peanut butter milkshake is awesome. The tables could have been cleaner.

First ever visit to a five guys. I went with my son. When we arrived there was no obvious signage to advise whether to order at a table or at the counter. We waited to see what other people did then ordered at the counter. The girl who served us wasnt able to advise how big the various burgers were so I didn't know what to order for my son as they don't do kids meals. I ended up ordering him the 'little hamburger' and the regular hamburger for myself, both with various toppings and sauces from the extensive list. The girl advised that a regular sized portion of fries would be enough for us to share, we ordered the Cajun ones. We also ordered soft drinks (unlimited refills). The girl took our payment and advised us to wait for our order number to be called. We availed of the soft drinks machine while we waited on our food . I have never seen such a huge selection of soft drinks!! Our order number was called fairly quickly, we collected our food and went off to find a table. The eating area was around half full, but there were lots of tables which had not been cleared. We ended up having to clear one ourselves - not impressed when we'd just paid well over £20 for 2 burgers, fries and a couple of soft drinks. We got seated and tucked into our meal. I have to say the burgers were excellent. My son's burger was just the right size (he's 12). Only fault was the wrapper on mine was greasy on the outside. The cajun fries on the other hand.... far too much seasoning! We couldn't taste potato, only seasoning. It was very overpowering. I refilled my cup from the drinks machine then we finished up our meal and left. Not a brilliant first experience of five guys but based purely on the quality of the burger and the selection of soft drinks I think we will give it another shot in a few weeks to see if things are better before finally making up our minds.

Nice fast food restaurant where you can order your burger or sandwich and then add for free fifteen up to different toppings. It is also a good gift the free peanuts you can get from the box as a snack while you wait your mail. Burgers are delicious.

Good fast service at the counter and pleasant Amercan style diner decor. Burgers are delicious although not the cheapest. We spent £50 for our family of 2 adults 1 child and 1 teenager on 1 small and 3 regular burgers with 2 medium fries, 2 milkshakes and 1 soft drink! All lovely but I think perhaps a bit over the top for self service food served in a paper bag. My only other small criticism is the tables weren't the cleanest with residue of ketchup/grease on most of the tables. It was a Saturday nightand probably just after the busy period but still...I had to clean our table myself in the end with a napkin. Despite that would definitely still recommend a visit though as burgers really are delicious and Cajun fries are yum!

Amazing food, always a go to. But not every single burger is the same, some are really well put together, some are packed with mushrooms some more sparse. It's just dependent on who's making. But service and presentation is usually brilliant and it definitely has the classic American feel.

The drink machine has an impressive selection of fizzy drinks from cherry Cola to grape Fanta to choose from. Despite Five Guys essentially being a fast food restaurant it charges a premium which I find a gimmick. They need to lower their prices and reduce the salt they add.

Five Guys has great service, perfect burgers, wonderful french fries and fairly good milkshakes. There are always plenty of fries with a large fry sufficient for four, maybe five people. Of course it is very unhealthy though. Only flaw to this location that isn't really a problem at other locations is the significant lack of seating for the number of customers.
