Some of the other reviews for this restaurant are meant for somewhere else. The restaurant opened in August 2018, but many of the reviews are prior to this. The restaurant serves high-end traditional Chinese food. No sweet and sour chicken here. 😀 Have Google at the ready when perusing the menu, because many of the dishes are unlikely to be familiar unless you've spent a lot of time in China. The food was delicious and keenly priced. The restaurant has a nice ambiance. When we visited they weren't licensed. I'm not sure if it is BYO though. I'd definitely recommend visiting here for the adventurous eater.

I have been eating here for almost a month. Everyone is very friendly and the hand-made noodles are particularly delicious😋. After eating, you can also go to the botanical garden next to it to eat.

Awesome! The best northern food I’ve had in the UK! They are all handmade noodles and very chewy! The amount is huge!

Excellent authentic Chinese food. They don't serve typical Chinese takeaway food. What they do serve (Bal man noodles) is very fresh and authentic. Staff are very friendly and professional and, will get to know their customers and their tastes.

Super delicious saliva chicken, the hooves are also great! It is an authentic northern dish, especially the ramen noodles, all of which are delicious! Will come often in the future!

Great authentic Chinese restaurant. Unusual to get this choice. Friendly staff. We hardly knew any of the dishes but everything we had was gorgeous. Unlicensed. We had tea but I think you can byo.
