Went in for lunch today and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience. For a start the food was excellent, exactly what we were looking for! But I wanted to leave a review to mention how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff were. We had our baby with us and the staff (James & Kate) went out of their way to offer assistance, to warm the baby’s bottle etc. We ordered coffees after lunch and I had only started mine when I had to go change my baby’s nappy. I came back to the table to find they had taken my coffee away because it had started to go cold, and I was presented with a new one when I sat back down. A small detail but very much appreciated by tired parents of a newborn!

It's had a makeover, lovely place, but steak a bit too overpriced. £30 for a wee bit of rump! Plus you've to pay £4.50 each for all your sides. Food was lovely though. Staff friendly enough and service was quick.

Jospers, rather like Ten Square was a top experience. Not my first time in a steak house but it was my favourite time in a steak house. Really nice atmosphere and a waiter who was really good and went the extra mile. The complimentary bubbly was a nice touch. What I would say is a few tables where wonky. Mines included. In terms of cleanliness in the actual restaurant. Sanitizer was available and the place was spotless. On to the food. Personally went for a bit of beef and bird and the missus went for a penne pasta. My steak and chicken where cooked to perfection and so complimented by the onion rings/chips. Dessert was absolutely fantastic too good in truth. (I didn't really need it) As far as hotel prices go drinks weren't badly priced. Good selection on offer too. The fry up the next morning for breakfast was the highlight not a bad word what so ever and our table wasn't wonky. Will be returning 100% Thanks for hosting.

I had a work party of ten for dinner. At table 57.as it was portrayed as a steakhouse. We all opted for steak. No fillet on menu and the rib eye was fatty and tasteless. No mushrooms nor any vegetables. The potatoes were kid size meal. And the deserts were mass produced. One had hair in it.. On to the payment.. One guest ordered a round of shots for the table =£54 of which he paid for, only to be included in the bill .. Very disappointed. Doubt if any of our table will be back

Visiting Belfast was a great experience and lunch in Jospers was the icing on the cake!!!! Steak was sublime, cooked just as we asked. Staff were wonderful!!! Granted the steak was £28 but a treat well worth it. Would definitely return

Was booked in to stay the night at Ten Square but was planning to eat elswhere. Changed our mind last minute and glad wee did. The staff were really friendly, the service was fantastic. The food was out of this world. Great starters and both steaks cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous we attended tonight for mums 80th Birthday. 6 of us food was amazing service fantastic 👏👏👏 1st time we as a family have all been together in 18months and we had a brilliant night. Would highly recommend.

Friendly service, if a little understaffed & untrained. And to ask for vegetarian menu & then wine list. Food was nice, partner enjoyed steak & kid loved chicken nuggets which were 100% chicken in a light banter. Chips all came in annoying little baskets. Vegetarian options could have been more varied but the ravioli was delicious. Resturant does have canteen feel but would recommend especially if staying in hotel.

Excellent location within the Ten Square Hotel in Belfast, Ireland. Plenty of seating, and a very nice seating area near the bar, where there is live local music in the evenings. The service was prompt, and we were well taken care of. The steak and fries here were AMAZING. After having a lot of disappointing experiences in other areas of Ireland, this was the restaurant that redeemed the entire dining experience on the island. The fries are the best I've ever had, my wife agreed with this as well! Pricing is appropriate for the quality of the food, and location. When I come to Belfast again, I will certainly make sure this is on my stop list again.

The food was lovely but the service could have been better. When our food had arrived I asked for a jug of water. I continued to enjoy the food but still no jug of water appeared. I said to another waiter about a jug of water I had ordered and still no sign of the jug of water so then had to ask another waiter who finally got me a jug of water. On finishing my main course the waiter asked us would we like to see the dessert menu and I said just order me a sticky toffee pudding. 15 mins came and gone and still no sign of it and we had a show to go to so I said the waiter is my dessert ready. They went away to check and came back to tell me that it wasnt rang through and if I wanted it then they would give it to me free but I just had no time to wait. The place wasnt overly busy but waiting staff seem to be all over the place one minute and then there was only 1 to be seen. I have no problem with the staff in trying to ensure everyone in restrauant is satisfied but just make sure you deal and act on customers requests

WOW!! This is long but worth the read! Booked late Saturday at 5pm for a seat at 7pm. We had definitely been lucky to get a table for 2 this late. On arrival we had been seated immediately. Waiter brought our menu and gave us a few moments, then returned to take our drinks. They preempted a water jug which was great. My starter was the breaded mushrooms. Normally when you get anything mushroom based you slice the mushroom and a waterfall of water descends, not on this occasion. The crispy breaded outside and the mushroom had been cooked to perfection, no broken crispy outside and no watery mushrooms on the inside. My husband had the devilled chicken wings, hot and spicy. :-) the crispy chicken skin was the stand out part for me all the flavour without the difficult to handle messy wings. Mains we both had steak, mine was medium rare - Perfectly cooked, my husband had rare- also perfectly cooked. The chips had to be triple dipped!!! They were Amazing. We both opted for the blue cheese sauce. The steak was tasty and well seasoned without the sauce, however the sauce was very tasty. Dessert was salted Caramel cheesecake. Now I make my own cheesecake and I am often disappointed by being presented with a moose pretending to be cheesecake!! I'm extremely upset that I can now say that theirs was better than mine!!!! The packed out restaurant certainly did not seem to be a concern for the amazing floor staff!!! Just a word of warning. Book in advance the place was packed, I believe we had been very lucky to get a table short notice. Noce to see they didnt do what other people do and pretend they dont have tables when they do!!! Great Job. We will be back!!

It's kinda a hidden gem of Belfast. Since it is located right behind the city hall, it is usually missed. However, the service and foods are fairly good in a nice and quiet atmosphere. You would expect a higher price for the place, but it is quite reasonable.
