My partner and I ordered from here this evening from Just Eat, though it wasn't our first time ordering here. Everything was good, but there was one issue with our sweet our sour chicken. We phoned the restaurant and the owner was so lovely and got us a new chicken dish, which was 10/10. My partner went to the restaurant to pick it up and he said that the owner was even lovelier in person and you can really tell he cares about his business and customers. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. And despite the sweet and sour issue, the rest of the food is amazing. We will be making this our go to Chinese restaurant!

The food is amazing....we are in Belfast on a staycation and dispite tbe great choice Belfast food scene has to offer.....We came back twice in 4 days. Give this restaurant a try you won't be disappointed. FOOD AND SERVICE AMAZZZZZZING. GREAT VALUE.. Next time we are up... we will be back

The food is very good and the restaurant is lovely but the jewel in the crown of this restaurant is Benny and his staff - so pleasant, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have been several times and had a lovely evening just prior to Christmas and every time the service was excellent!!

Great place for a drink. The wait for our meal was well worth it. I really liked the American diner theme layout which is unusual for a Chinese restaurant but it worked well on the night. There was a charity raffle on as well which also added to the ambience. I will definitely return here the next time I visit Manchester.

As a tourist in Belfast, I was looking for a good Chinese place for dinner with my family. Based on the review online, we had dinner here. The service was very good, environment beautiful, the owner and staff were polite. My teen kids love it. The meal was fresh and we enjoyed it. I will recommend it to anyone. The joy Inn is My and my partners favourite restaurant. The food is delicious the staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Used to go to the restaurant regularly and the food was always top notch, however having been back recently, I felt a little let down, the decor & food weren't what they used to be. Having ordered the lunch specials, our food arrived less than a few mins later, which to me is a sign of the food being premade and sitting waiting to be dished out.

Really tasty, can't fault the food or service. The reason it isn't a 5 star review, a few people in our party ordered items that took asking for them multiple times to actually arrive. By that point everyone else had already finished eating. Food also on the expensive side of things (didn't factor into review score)

One of the best Chinese I've had, the salted chilli chicken in most places can be tough and hard to eat but from here it's just right. Lovely staff as well, definitely the place to go for a Chinese and a date night at the restaurant :)
