R. M.Easy to order via app and collect. Good service, easy access to drive through. Have a sit in restaurant and have good chicken options. Have good desserts and side dishes. Supportive staff and convenient location. Car parking is slightly tight.
R. B.Hey ‘It’s Finger licking Good’ and I tell you it is...Kentucky Fried Chicken is hard to beat and since the new upgrade at this Ballyhackamore site I thought I would give it a try and I must say my Chicken tastes great!
It’s always nice to have a treat every now and then, so why not try this KFC I think you’ll be licking your fingers too! Shalom!

S.went to the drive through and tried to order a hot wing meal and twister wrap meal but the young guy who served me with brown hair and glasses put our order down as a hot wing meal and a dip. when corrected about this he didn't apologise and instead acted as though i was in the wrong and loudly complained about me being in the wrong to his manager when i was sitting right there!! the manager was very professional and resolved the issue ignoring his rude comments about me. also noticed several other people in the car park had to go in because their orders were wrong, probably because of him. there was also a black hair in the hot wings. good food despite the disappointing service
G.Pretty great for a KFC, much better than the one in the Connswater Retail park! Food wasnt as greasy and they offered to serve my ice cream after I was finished with ny chicken burger so it wasn't melted by the time I got to it. Its the little things. Good KFC branch!

a.Great tasting chicken as you'd expect from any KFC. Clean and tidy outlet, the only minus was the tray that the food came on was not really clean, there was a large fresh paper towel on the tray under the order so no food came into direct contact with the tray but there is still a possibility that your fries could touch the tray. That issue needs addressed as customers empty their scraps and tray by tipping it into a bin.
