R. T.The place was clean and tidy and friendly service....but...the chicken and chips was tasteless...probably leftovers of the previous day.!!! Not nice at all..!!!

R. C. B.Nice modern KFC in Belfast city centre with good views of the immediate area. Staff are friendly and hard working. The restaurant was clean and had some charging sockets but could use a few more. The toilet needs a key which is not good especially since it is up stairs. The food was good. But this KFC costs a bit more on some items compared to other ones iv been to.
K. C.Excellent customer service via the new ‘table service’ method. Food was perfect. Fresh, waiting no longer than 5 mins and nicely done!

My only issue is COVID restrictions. Of the 30 odd people in there only a hand full wore masks. The restaurant has security on the door so there's no reason for no mask or too many people. It's the staff I feel sorry for. All of which wore masks while working. Shame customers couldn't repay the them by wearing theirs.

s. s.I really liked eating at KFC restaurants in my country - I'm from Romania-and even now I'm comparing both restaurants.
It's not the best experience I had on a fast food but it's ok.
Beside water there's no other non fizzy drink and also it lacks wet wipes.
Also many times the chicken they offered was just a normal fried chicken and not according with the recipe specifically for it.

M.Staff are ok. Most of them are friendly and helpful. Most of the time the store is clean, which is hard, especially at peak time. Just dont ask for ice in your drink, their measurements are way of proportion and youll end up hardly getting any juice.

M.It was actually great to finally find a fast food restaurant where we could actually sit down , Food wise it was The Typical KFC , However when the food came for the kids there was yoghurts but no spoons , such a dilemma, but they ended up eating them at the Hotel we are staying in, but overall a Fairly Good Spot to Eat
R. M.Upstairs in this branch provides enough seats and a good view. The food in here is usually satisfactory but on one instance they had ran out of salad so they gave me a bare zinger burger.
J. M.Nice KFC store. I feel the quality is always slightly better than McDonalds, the time takes slightly longer but i feel it's worth it. The chicken may however be too greasy for some people and their fries aren't the best honestly, almost like there are using a very cheap oil. But nonetheless it's cheap and is not bad for the price.

C. M.Food is as you would expect for KFC. Staff often don't seem to pay attention and I've often had the incorrect order entered at till.
Since the numbered order system war introduced, drinks are now poured well in advance of the meal being put together, meaning they are not always as chilled as they could be.
N. F.Good sized KFC restaurant in the centre of Belfast. Was recently refurbished and offers all the usual KFC food. As seems to be the way these days in fast food places, you order at one till and collect at another counter. Can be very busy , especially at lunchtimes, queue moves at a reasonable rate. I normally take out, but the one time i sat in, i found the upstairs seating area to be warm and stuffy
