C.Can you guys please be more attentive when people are ordering. I have stood on several occasions waiting to order with staff just walking past. Secondly, please pay attention to orders several orders which I have modified and they have been ignored. Finally, please for the love of God can you remember to include a napkin with each order.
N.Friendly service in the restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere. Easy to access with ample car parking. Clean and tidy inside and out. Food is to the same standard as any McDonald's outlet.
P. G.Not great, I was told the brownie I ordered wasn't available, so took a cookie as substitute but was told it was the same price even though it was actually 40p cheaper (so I was overcharged basically). The burger had hardly any ketchup despite requesting 2 ketchup, and my drink had ice in it even though I specifically asked for it not to have.
The food itself was as expected, just could have been better if the customisations they offered were actually applied.

K. S.Service was slow because the amount of just eat orders they were doing. Our food was lukewarm again this is because they are prioritising the just eat orders over the customer's actually standing in the shop. They need to stop all these online orders and bring their attention back to customers in the shop.
