S. B.We visited this café bar on Saturday 14 for my husbands birthday .We had a party of 8 six adults and two children . Charlotte served us she was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . The food was excellent .Four of us ordered the sizzling steak , absolutely lovely and a good serving.The kids burger was big , fit for an adult. If you are visiting queens arcade do pop in you won’t be disappointed. We will call back in a few weeks time. Thanks to all the hard working staff . Sharon Black
e. c.Delicious food . Very large portions !. Staff are the highlight. The friendliest in Belfast City Centre and superb service. A really good spot for tourists and locals alike.
a. f. b.We usually go here for lunch when we're in Belfast City centre. The food is great and the staff are friendly. The only thing is the toilets are upstairs which was difficult for one of our party however we are aware of that but still like to go.

Would've been better with more staff on. I had sizzling steak which was delicious and the pepper sauce was fantastic I'd definitely eat here again.
J. G.I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I had long said when I got to Ireland I was going in an Irish pub and ordering a pint of Guinness (even though I don't like ANY beer). I ordered my pint, as expected, it was awful, but the cute young waiter was very kind, offered me a little black current cordial in my pint, which amazingly mellowed the beer, and then he brought me a cup of tea "on him". We also had fish and chips, caught fresh that morning, and it was absolutely delicious! I'd forgotten how great it is to live near the ocean. The food was great, and the service was absolutely the Irish welcome I'd been told to expect.

Come here for food every so often. The food is always beautiful and there is a great atmosphere here. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. There is always quick service so makes for a good quick bite.
B. F.Amazing food, a quiet drink and fast, efficient and friendly staff. Located centrally in the shopping district of Belfast it's a great place to put your feet up after carrying those bags all day! It's only downside is it's accessibility to disabled patrons. It's restrooms are located upstairs which means wheelchair users will be left somewhat wanting, hence only the 4 stars.

E. M.OMG. Is this a gem or what. Don't know how we found it we stumbled upon it. The steak was out of this world and so was the cost. So resonable. The onions & mushrooms were cooked to perfection as was the steak. The employees the best. Going back just for the steak next month from way south.

K. M.Disappointing Lunch at Queen's. This was always a go to place for a bite of lunch, the food as always good. However, I was really upset with this visit, yes it was busy but there was lots of staff on. The food was poor, I ordered a veggie burger which was supposed to be dressed and come with a chutney, 2 slices of lettuce was the dressing and the chutney was not there at first _ I got something akin to 1000 island dressing. My hubby had to wait a full 10 minutes after mine before he got his.

B.Called in yesterday as a group off six what a lovely bar can't believe never been here ...Great atmosphere we where lucky enough to get a booth downstairs as the place was packed both downstairs and upstairs ...We ordered a selection off mains from burgers to tempura chicken gougons to steak sandwiches all where beautiful especially given the pressure they where under...The staff where really friendly especially the girl with the glasses that served us great craic....Will defo be back guys🙌😁👏
