R. C. B.The staff members where every friendly. I came in first asked for the toilet and they said they sadly did have one but there was one across the road at the nearest train station. I came back after and order my sub. The food was good. But sadly I could use my voucher code from another subway in this one. It should be you can use the codes in every subway but I got 500 points on the meal deal wheel which I like and this componsated for the voucher. Sadly your drink machine is not working you should fix that asap. Lastly the shop was clean and looking expectable. Only thing I'd add is sockets with usb ports.

E. L.Service was fast a relatively friendly. Was denied putting enough mayo on my sandwich by a member of staff. It didnt even spill from any side while being eaten on the bus and I could taste the sandwich instead (I literally get subway for their own brand of mayo, not the subs themselves). But that's not what pushed me towards leaving the review.
Bought 3 cookies and they are all stale. Texture wise, until you get about 1cm in diameter to the centre of the cookie it resembles a biscuit. There were specks of sugar covering the entire bottom of the biscuit- you know the kind, where you add sugar to your tea and don't stir it well enough and you leave the empty cup around for a few hours. And that's exactly what the 'cookie' felt like it was glazed with at the base.
I've bought subway cookies before and left them for days and they never got as bad as this.
First bad experience in over 8 years (across tens of branches) and now I'm feeling like I'm becoming a Karen. Super disappointed.

F. D.Very busy location. However the young staff were up to the task in taking care of the customers in a timely manner. Unfortunately there's some sloppy patrons who certainly don't know how to clean up after themselves. All in all I was very satisfied with the location.
J. D.I'm in that subway more then a regular Base because that's the quickest option for a quick bite/work brake. Every time Im coming in... I always get recognized by the staff... Specifically Mark. He always remembers what I have and makes sure it's ready for me. Very appreciated! :) Keep it up! :) Thank you!

J. M.Nice wee place to get your sandwich don't ya know! The make the 6 inch or the 12 inch and fill it with yummy yummy food! Want a nice sandwich then go here and get one bacause they will serve you the sandwich you want. Yum yum for your tum tum.
