Long time since dined here but service was very good. The cod and chips delicious and my wife has a kebab chip. All washed down with 2 x teas. I had peas with mine which were just on the firm side, but that's what teeth are for! I'll be back...

A place where you can order a fish bap and the staff won't look at you like your broken! Great fish, great chips, great chicken. Sit in or takeaway. Food consistently cooked perfectly. Up there with the best in East Belfast. Won't disappoint. Picture is a fish bap but I added a few ingredients.

Best fish and chips on the planet. Also try their onion rings, word of warning though if you are on your own only order a small portion as they are VERY generous. Strongly recommend a visit if you find yourself in the area 👍

Was here for the first time tonight got a fish supper with curry it was delicious will definitely be back again and the menu there is so many options to choose from and the staff were friendly also and the service was quite quick too. The Bethany Belfast has got to be the best chip shop and restaurant in Northern Ireland!!! The food is always delicious every time I visit it I actually travel all the way from coleraine just to taste their delicious food!! Very highly recommend a visit ☺️☺️☺️

Really liked it. My brother is vegetarian and the lady was honest about using non vegetarian oil and even recommended other places for him to eat. I ordered fish and chips and it was cooked to petfection. Good portion sizes too.

Absolutely loved the food, freshest scampi about! I haven't even had scampi this good in Whitby! This is coming from a north Yorkshire lass! The fry is good too, I recommend trying it with curry sauce! Service was quick and prices are excellent. I will be back!

Had a fish supper here on the night before I left Belfast, was pure heaven! The fish (Cod) was fresh and tasty (and HUGE) the batter crisp and not soggy at any part. The chips were crispy and light and fluffy inside and the coffee I had was one of the best I've had anywhere. Staff friendly and polite. The BEST F&C I've ever had, anywhere. Made me sad to leave the Great City.

Food is nice most of the time. Staff r nice although i was a tad annoyed when my child was sleeping in pram and i thought happy days a mean and piece. When i got in for heart and safety she had to be in a highchair.which i was stumped about as what if your child cant sit up unaided?? And also what do they do when a wheelchair user comes in?

Historic chip shop..was a bit smokey when we visited, the cooking steam all was blowing into the seating area, which was a. It disappointing. If your looking to experience a traditional "fish & chip" shop you remember from your childhood then look no further. The Belany Newtownards Road is it. Real fish & chips & malt vinegar served with bread & butter & a mug of hot tea is the delicious comfort food of yesterdays'. The staff are as warm & welcoming as the little diner in the back of the shop. No frills just great food & portions to set you up for the day. Not to be missed, especially on a cold wet Belfast shopping day & only a few minutes from Connswater.
