The staff as usual are pig ignorant. Was standing for a good ten minutes ignored and was only spoken to when inpromted them. The food was nice to be honest but again its the staff that let the place down... Sort it out

The food isn’t overly crispy, but it’s not too greasy. The portion sizes are amazing, and the flavour is excellent. Great value. All in all, I have had two very enjoyable meals from this establishment, and I am intending to go back. Fantastic staff members. Very friendly and helpful. Service is quick, and it’s open late.

The food here and in Ardoyne is always good. Just a pity they opened their pizza franchise in my area not the chippy part. Have to travel 3 miles to get a pink pastie supper with chicken gravy! It's the best!

Very nice but ask for salt & vinegar on the chips and there's hardly any vinegar. Can't even taste the vinegar. But its very worth the money, although it's cheap. Would recommend

Nice food but terrible service. They state 45-minute estimated delivery and after 70 minutes I finally reach out, just to be told that they are in the process of cooking the food now? This will be the last time I order food from a company that cannot estimate their service levels nor keep their customers informed. Order placed: 17:20 Estimated arrival: 18:05 Delivered: 19:06 Unfortunately, I am no longer surprised.

Love this place although I only ever get there chicken burgers because they are amazing... Girls who usually serve are always polite and friendly... Food never takes too long... Unless they are busy which I would expect most people would be happy to wait... Place is always clean and tidy apart from late student nights haha

If you're in a rush, go to Greggs or Subway. Wait time was over 15 minutes for a hotdog, while staff were standing around at the front counter. Honestly, for a fast food joint, the food moves quite slowly. Food was good for the price though, I was so surprised that I got a huge amount of chips with my hotdog that I returned it to the counter, thinking I had been given a burger and fries. But no, I was blessed with fries and a huge hotdog.

Great student lunch. £3 for two goujons, sauce, chips and a drink. Hard to find better than that. The chip company has one of the best batters I've had, very thick and crispy. Experts at fried goods in general and competitively priced. A solid choice for lunch.
