Visited The Hoose for Mother's Day meal, very first time.....have to say, very impressed!! After a mix up with the booking, the waitress found us a table upstairs! Liked the ambience of the place, with music playing. The Menu choices were excellent, as was the wine. After ordering the Turkey/Ham roast, with trimmings, the wait time was definitely worth it. Our dinners arrived piping hot and Very well cooked and the portion sizes were very generous. I opted for the strawberry cheesecake with two spoons, as I was full. £18 for two courses was very reasonable, for quality and content! Big shout for Ross who looked after us, excellent service and a real nice guy! Well recommended and we will visit again

Why have we not been here sooner! Great wee place on our doorstep. Food was amazing. We opted for just a main course as we had our 4yr old with us. Staff are very pleasant and very helpful. Decor was chic and we liked the Belfast pictures on the wall. Nice place and lovely atmosphere. We will be back for sure

1st time at the bistro today we have passed this we place more times than enough but after the meal we had when we went in just to try. We will be in more often I had leg of lam with a lovely sauce all over mmm the wife had garlic chicken had we tast was pretty good. Early menu 2 course for £17.99 and every meal is reasonable priced AND they are doing 50% of every Wednesday in September from there own pocket just like a we franch restaurant must try 😋

Excellent restaurant. 4 of us went and chose off the Christmas menu and none of us were disappointed. Food was super. Served hot and well presented. Staff brilliant, very efficient and friendly. Atmosphere lively. Would definitely recommend.

Had such a lovely experience here this evening. The chilli beef noodles were incredible! The staff are a credit to the restaurant - they were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Great social distancing and cleaning procedures in place. The only tiny thing was the garlic chips could have been a little more garlicy! 🧄 thanks for a beautiful dinner and lovely dining experience.
